Above is correct an elusive message and it is a recruiting firm, this time for Woddbury Financial.

An Amy called me in regards to an opportunity with Ameriprise and told me the name of a regional vice president for Ameriprise.  She said she was calling me to see if she could have him call me I laughed at her and said umm okay why didnt he just call me.  I also told her that he seemed to have a very ***ue ***le and if she could tell me which department he presided over and she couldnt.  She ased my licenses (7, 66 and L&H) so told her.  She also found out through interrogation that i had no degree and no estate planning experience.  I told her i would rather have coffee with her and that she could call me any time.

More annoying voicemails from this random woman.  Seems to be related to a sneaky recruiting scheme, didn't give the name of her firm or why she was calling.  She just said that she wanted to talk with me about so****ing.  Really?  Even though she's a total stranger?

This was a call from some random young woman who was calling me on behalf of Lincoln Financial and two no-name gentlemen who were looking for someone like me who knew how to take advantage of a good opportunity.  For all she knew, I was a criminal.  I got this call at work, and I do work for a financial services firm in Compliance (not sales).  The call ended quickly when I let her know this.

rec'd call from 608-488-3133; 'hi, this is Erica Richards' please call back. I suspect it is a marketing firm

They called and left a voicemail "Hi [my name] this is Barb Raines, please call me back at 6084883133" -- no reason given.  It's a recruiting firm.  The caller's name is most likely made up, because she spoke it strangely (if your name is Barb Raines you've probably said it 10,000 times but she spoke as if she was reading it off a screen for the 1st time).  The name is probably a clue as to which person/job they are calling you about.  Might be fun to make up your own name and call them.  "Hi, I got this message from you, I'm looking for 'Ima Noid' -- May I please speak to "Ima Noid"?  LOL.  Company is called "ARS" btw.
