Called 7 times within 24 hrs., left no message

Called numerous times today. They responded once when I answered. A young woman asked for the youngest male or female in the house. They asked if I wanted to take a survey. I told them to put this number on do not call list. She ***g up and called a***n 5 minutes later. The one time she did respond, she sounded like she was under the influence of so****ing.

They called twice within the hour . No message or if you pick up no answer.
