Calls my cell. Thought that was illegal if they didn't have my permission. No message ..dirtbags!!!

Call from 609-236-2499 at 10:26 AM EDT on 7/18/2017. Cell phone rang twice, and half of another ring. Cut off mid-ring when they ***g up before I could answer. This is the first call I have received from this particular number, but this type of call is an increasing annoyance, since I get a lot of them. One or two rings and **** up.

Robot simply asks one to press 1 in order to be removed from the calling list.

"Heather has called me several times from different telephone numbers about my credit card interest rates and my automobile warranty that is ready to expire, which I find hilarious because I don't use my credit card and my car is a 1999 model that hasn't had a warranty in years. Definitely a scam!!!
