I received a text with my first name and a question mark, did not answer when I asked who they are, called 2x as well.

Same as above. Texted my first name and "?" after. I don't have this number in my contacts BUT I do have business in the NJ area. When I searched here, I found your posts. Thank you each & all-- I am****uming this is a scam and I am not replying.
