This number calls me numerous times a day everyday. When I answer no one is there when I don't never a message. This is ridiculous

they call just about every day. once i answered and they said hold please all our operators are busy...that is a terrible thing to keep on calling a person who is on the do not call list!!

this caller calls all the time it is 11:00 pm and they just called i would call that harrasment

Answered this caller and no answer on the other end. Calls multiple times a day and when I call back the phone never connects and gives me a message that I have dialed an invalid number even though this number just called me. Very Irritating. Doesn't leave any message

I received a call today looking for my astranged sister of over a decade. The phone is not even registered under my name! I want to know how these annoying pests went about finding my number. We don't have the same last name, even by birth. This has to stop!

I did a search on this number and it comes up as a collection agency for Capitol One.

calls all the time and does not leave a message--scary!

I have been counting and this number has been calling me on average 10 times a day and it doesnt matter what time of the day it is.  I have answered before and it gives me this recording that says to wait for the next available rep.  i wait and someone that speaks hardly any english answers and it turns out the are looking for my boyfriends father!  We arent even married yet and they are look for him through my phone.  His father doesnt even have my number.

Listed as NCO-No one on other end, just says wait for message and then nothing

I answered and a recording asked that I return their call about an important financial matter.

This number has been calling my cell number for almost a month, 3-4 times a day, 7 days a week, beginning at 8 am. No voice message is ever left. There is no name on caller ID, only the number.

Calls twice in a row 2 to 3 times a week for several months now and we don't owe them one cent. Just reported them. Thanks for the Attorney General phone number.

This number calls me every evening between 6:30 PM and 8:00 PM for about two weeks now.  My caller ID reads as NCO.  I have no idea what they want, when I answer they hang up on me.  It is annoying me.  It's like they put me on an automatic timer.

Called the number back.  It was Capital One collections.  The operator stated that my number was a lead to find someone else.

I asked the Better Business Bureau.  They said to call the Attorney General, Do Not Call Registry at: 888-382-1222.  File a complaint is very easy.  Only takes a couple of minutes.  It is all automated.

Called my land line this morning at 8:16 am.  Just finished filing complaint with FCC and FTC about violating telemarketing calling hour restrictions.

I don't know the number but they keep calling and don't leave a message.

I received calls from this number for 3 days now. They don't leave a message. Caller ID say NCO.

609 373 1904 called on 10/26 @7:30 PM, and left a message which said, 'Please stand by for an important message (a small pause) all our specialists are on other calls'  I wish there was some way to get them to stop this harassment.  I don't have a capital one card; my card is paid in full and hasn't been used in 6 months.

called on cell didn't answer...

This number called my phone today. I do not know anyone at a 609 area code. I did not answer since I did not know who it was.

received a call frm 609-373-1904 this a.m... didn't recognize, didn't answer...glad this forum is here b/c i don't have a cap 1 card nor am i behind in any payments... thx

Called me few times a day or every other day! So annoying! I don't pick up call when i see an unrecognized number, especially the area code from other states.

an undisclosed caller from this number called asking for a "Charles" or if I knew anyone by this name. the female caller did not identify herself and the same number is on my caller ID three times today with no messages being left.

This company has called several times and do not tell who they are or what company they ork for.  Just got this number around 8 months ago and get continuous collectors calling for different people.  I can't get them to stop calling.  Anyone have any ideas how to get them to stop?

I have verizon too...same as everyone else...calls a few times a day and no message

same as everyone else. i have verizon and i think that it could be them selling our phone numbers anyone else with this phone company.

receiving continuous calls from this number, if you answer it hangs up on you if you don't, no voice mail.  there really should be more we can do to stop this crap

This company keeps calling me, even when they have stated they put me on their own do not call list.  I am waiting 24 hrs before taking further action.  You can call the number back and they will say they are NCO Finanacial and ask for your Capital One account number.  I assume they are a debt collection agency for Cap One.  They are asking for someone else that I have never heard of and Capital One is NOT What's in my wallet!  FYI, 3rd party debt collecters may call a cellphone IF they have prior written consent from the debtor.  However, if the debtor gives a bogus number - that just happens to be yours - your SOL for the most part.

My parents don't have the same name as I do. Very creepy. Comes up as NCO. They never leave a message and when my mom answered the phone she told them that she had no idea who they were asking for and it scared her.

I get random calls here and there from this number, they never leave a message and I do not recognize it so I dont answer. I cant imagine it being someone calling for a specific reason cause they would leave a message if they needed to reach me. Very irritating.

This number has called me several times. They ask for someone else. I can't understand the name because they do not speak English very well. I tell them they have the wrong number. They keep asking for my information until I hang up.

IT is NCO financial out of Allentown, NJ

Just called once so far, but I did not recognize the number on my caller ID, so I did not answer, and they didn't leave a message.

I also received two calls from this number, not sure if it rang, as it was my cell phone and was turned off.I called it back and I got a recording telling me "all circuits are busy".

Called twice went to straight to voice mail, phone did not ring?? Voice message sounds like a call center in the background with some saying hello repeatedly.
