Advertised on Craig's List as a vacation rental for Provincetown MA. When I responded to the Craig's List adverti*****t, he got my cell phone number and then texted me. He used a real property owner's name and their real property address so a pretty slick operation.

Definitely a scam. Representing a realtor for rental property in Delaware. Has done it before. Identifying himself as Michael Wagner even with an email address. Using 3rd party answering service.

Scammer on Craig's list pretending to be Jonathan Logan summer rental at 2908 Beach Ave Long Island city NJ. Definitely an African male as he called me to make payment. Ownership of property is a white guy named Jonathan Logan.
