If I talk to them?,my phone just shuts off

Called once and as there was no live person on line after I said, "HELLO",, I said, good by and ***g up. Some one came on line as I ***g up so they called back in five minutes or so. This time, I waited to hear who it was as caller ID said, UNAVAILABLE. She said she was calling on behalf of COM ED, (Power company) and did ask for me by name and address. I then said, " IF YOU ARE FROM COM ED, WHY DOESN'T THE CALLER ID SAY SO,?" This had to be a scammer as after that, she ***g up.
