Left a voicemail in Indian. Had my neighbor who is from India listen to it, and it says "answer my call ****** american mother f*cker". Sounded like a call center in the voicemail. Blocking the number.

This person calls daily, won't leave a message. I called the number several times and a recording says it's out of service. A legitimate service would not block me from calling back.
