Several calls from this number over the past week. Another site said they were calling thru Bandwidth.com, a VOIP company, instead of Level 3 Communications. I suspect criminals are using smartphones that dial thru a VOIP number that's registered many miles away. I suspect they do a reverse phone lookup on houses that don't have any cars parked at them, and call to see if anyone is home (picks up the phone). If you don't know the phone number, don't pick up the phone. If it's important, they'll leave a message.

Someone named Manny called. He left no message only asked for a call back to the caller id number.

Possibly Allied Interstate Collection Agency S****ed the same time as other numbers 877-488-***8****-958-1352 and skype 661-748-0240

Caller dialed through to voice mail and left a 21 second message with only background noise in it. Didn't say a word or identify at all. Then I could hear they actually disconnected and ***g up rather than the VM timing out or anything.
