I got a call from this number today. They left a very polite and pleasant voice mail welcoming us to our new mortgage company, loan depot, and gave me information about how to set up our account electronically with a website. have not tried the website yet but will use instructions received in the mail with payment coupon anyway because of distrust of companies calling me.

Constantly calling our house says hold on for an important message then no matter how long we hold, they **** up. Even got a live person once and she ***g up too. It has been going on for months and they call several times a day.

My phone is on the FCC do not call listing. I was called 3 times in 10 minutes!

call looking for account number or your social security number. all reps are busy

They call and then when answered no one is there. Very annoying!!!!!

This number just called my home phone and I ***g up.  Then they called my cell. I told them my name when they asked for me. I asked what company is this and they said it was TMST Home Loans.  That is my loan company but since I already read this site, I knew they were lying.  So I pressed them and asked "Really, you work for my company?"  They tried a***n to tell me that yes they did.  When I pressed a third time, they said have a good night and ***g up.  They have been calling several times a day and it is really irritating. I wonder if they get paid for any real contact.  Perhaps we should just keep them on the phone and waste their time.

This number is for Cenlar, the servicing company Taylor, Bean & Whitaker sold my mortgage to. I was unable to call the number back; it doesn't allow return calls. These guys just won't stop calling even though I tell them they have the wrong number. I believe it's some bank or maybe it's just some scam.

I got a call from this number and it is actually a company called 'Lend America' they are a mortgage company. It is a recorded message and  it gives you a number to call. So this call is either if you have a mortgage with Lend America or for marketing purposes.You can call them at 888-821-6451 since that's the number they left for me to call them back. Hope that helps anyone out there getting calls from this number.

If they can't verify any information on file and they keep asking you for info, they could be a scammer trying to take advantage of the 85% of us that have so****ing in collections. DO NOT give them any info unless they can give you some kind of info about who they are, who they are trying to reach and why enough legitamate info to verify validity. BE CAREFUL!

This number has now called me 4 times in 24 hours, and no one answers, they **** up when I answer. Of course you can't call them back. I wish there was a way to tell them to stop the calls. What a bunch of bull.

I get a call from this number at least 25 times a day! Sometimes they **** up before i get a chance to answer. Other times i answer and no reply. They leave no message and the number does not accept incoming calls.

The company's name is Cenlar and when i called they couldn't tell me what kind of loan it was they were calling in regards to but were trying to verify all sorts of information about me - i quickly stopped them and demannded what kind of loan and who they were - after hearing the lady finger through some papers (cluelessly) for about two minutes she finally tells me "it's about the loan at your property **x" and i say "ok what about it, my payment was made on the 3rd due by the 15th and cleared 4 days after i sent it and i didn't send to you" reply "yes the money is coming to us" me, "from who, cause not from me, i already told you was paid", reply "well it is a new acct for us comiing in today"... i replied "look, you guys have been calling me for weeks!! when you get it together and i get so****ing more official than this phone call, like a do***ent stating my loan is with you guys, then i don't need to talk to you" and ***g up.  Very unprofessional if it is a new mortgage place... either way i'm calling my mortgage broker to find out what gives...  good luck to the rest of you dealing with these bozos...

These ****s called and wanted someone else besides me and I informed him that he had the wrong number. Apparently the guy they were after gave them my number but I let them know that the number they have calls me not this other guy. Thinking they will correct their mistake I become really mad when the ***** I spoke to apparently didn't take my number out of their files and I still get calls every day for this guy who isn't me.

These ****-offs are s****ing to **** me off because thay are NOT a mortgage sub-servicer because my mortgage is payed up in full for the next 4 months. They call everyday and don't talk when I answer even if I wait a few seconds. When I call back they don't accept incoming calls and the message that they leave on my voicemail is only the last 2 seconds of the prerecorded message. When I tried the 609-883-3900 as suggested above they aren't open on weekends. If they aren't open on weekend then what are you bothering me on weekends?????? If they have all of my mortgage info PLEASE!!!! just email me what you want and stop calling.

If you call me and don't answer by the time I say*****o the second time,I will **** up. I don't have the time or inclination to be called "on hold" until you get around to picking up the phone on your end. Also, your number is blocked after the second time you do that. Want to get a hold of me? Write a letter. My loan will be paid by the time I get it and I'll throw it in the garbage.Hey everybody, the mortgage companies can't report you late to the credit bureaus if you pay your loan in full by the last day of the month. They can charge you a late fee and most do after 15 days grace period. If they are calling to "remind" you, block their calls.

We receive numerous calls each day from 609-718-2432. No one is on the line.It is very annoying.I have tryed to call the number and receive a message that this line does not receive incoming calls.

I work at the above listed number. We are a mortgage sub-servicer.  That is our collections dept calling you about a payment due. No, you are not technically "late", but your payment is DUE on the 1st of each month, which gives our company, or any company the right to call you and request payment on the 2nd and after.

i think i can clear this up for the most part.  i see from the comments that  lasalle bank seems to be the primary company behind this, as well as some others.  my call from this number was regarding my mortgage at centennial bank. this is from their collections department; so if you see this number on caller id someone at least thinks you've missed a payment. i suspect this call center handles the same type of services for the other banks mentioned.  having worked in a call center, i can tell you that collections and telemarketing departments of large companies use auto-dialer systems.  the auto-dialer computers only transfer the call to an actual person when they get a "live" phone number, so there is a pause when that happens where no one can hear you.  this keeps the customer service person from hearing tons of fax tones and disconnected messages, etc, they would encounter if they were sitting there dialing numbers themselves. Also the auto-dialer is constantly dialing out as soon as a call is transfered so no incoming calls can come in; you judt get that message instead of a busy signal.  so there isn't any scamming related to this number, it is a legitimate business of some kind calling.

I received a phone call from 1-609-718-2432 on Mar 10th 2008.  Person askfor my name and ***g up the phone before I could ask any questions..

I don't have a mortgage or a house and am still receiving these calls. 800-242-***8 was the number they left to call back, but I never did.

My wife received this call today and spoke to them. Said they were from Lasalle and questioning if/when our mortgage payment has been made. She ***g up on them after a minute of questions. It's interesting because today is the 6th, and mortgage payments aren't late until the 15th...
