Said they noticed some of activity on my order of 1'400 .ok And to call 609 736 0891. I did not catch the name of who to call. My hearing bad. But he said he was customer support.. Also I haven't ordered anything.

Received a spoofed PayPal email thanking me for my 500.00 bitcoin purchase and to call the number if incorrect.

I have BLOCKED this sender “[email protected]” as the actual email sender, and is NOT Service PayPal.

I got an email from "Paypal" confirming my purchase of bitcoins for $495. It gave me a telephone number to dispute the claim. I didn't call. I forwarded it to Paypal.

I received an email from PayPal Customer Relation, thanking me for my $479.95 subscription! I will report to PayPal.

Got an email about a PayPal transaction for $475.95 with a phone number to dispute charges. 609-736-0991. When I called they wanted me to download a remote access program to connect to their server so they could process a return. I told them to forget it.

It was an email regarding a purchase for something I did not buy for a large sum of money. It said to call that number within 24 hours to file a complaint. That email has been forwarded to PayPal.

Received email as others here stated. I purchased bitcoin for approx $400.00 and I needed to cancel transaction within 24 hours. Called this number and they were phishing for info. Don't call them. Call Paypal

They said I had a charge to a Bitcon account for $475.95. I asked what bitcon was and they said illegal drug website lol

Email supposedly from PayPal about a purchase that was authorized for 475.95. No link to PayPal in the email, the only way to dispute the charge is to call the number. Clearly a phishing attempt, as the return email is a gmail account, but as I do have a PayPal account it was helpful to see others here had the same experience.

Sent an email that a Bitcoin purchase had been charged to my PayPal and to call if not authorized. I don't have a PayPal. I'm sure it's a number you will be billed for calling.

Say's that my purchase of $499.99 worth of bitcoin was completed. "Don't reply to this email call the phone number only". Very obvious it was a scam. Plus the email came from "[email protected]", but claimed to be PayPal. Maybe use a better email if you're going to impersonate a company.

It says apparently I purchased Bitcoin using my PayPal account that does not exist for the amount of $499.98. Also, it mentioned that if I don’t dispute the claim by calling within 24 hours, I will be charged. Such a dirty scam!
