This company calls me non stop saying i owe money 1200.00 and I need to get an attorney - what the***** is this about? I have asked him not to contact me via phone this is a business and he just refuses and has asked to speak to the manager. I need to report this person.

I just received a call on my cell phone from this number ststing I am being sued. The guy's name was supposedly John Ricardo and he does have a heavy Indian or Asian accent. I believe it is a scam because I have never taken out a payday loan over $200. He stated that I owe $720 to an online payday company known as Cash Advance Mutual. I do not even remember getting a loan with the company. They have all of my personal information. I am going to do more research on it because I refused to be scammed out of my hardearned money.Thanks!

these guys are a payday loan collection nothing but a scam. I have another scam number for the smae people saying the same thing. Don't be gullible

Claimed to be collecting on a debt that has been paid.

I received a call from man claimed to be office James Cameron at my work and cell phone.  He claims that I owe $300 from a payday loan called Cash USA that I never applied for and said that I am getting sue for some legal action.  I asked him to send me the do***ents and he said that he can not do it and to wish me good luck.I would like the call to stop from my person and company.  he is constantly harassing me at work.Please let me know what I should to stop them from calling me and threatening me over the phone.
