Shows up as Unknown Name on my called ID. Connected me to the call center after several seconds but the person never addressed me. I could hear them having a conversation in the background and then the line disconnected.

The number shows up as Ardmore PA. Never leaves messages, but stays on the line several seconds after the answering ma****e comes on.
I answered once, and they identified themselves as the Democratic party - but I don't remember if they said anything more than that. I immediately said "I'm voting the party ticket, I don't want to answer a survey and I don't want to donate any money" - and ***g up. I have gotten 3-4 calls per day for 2 weeks since, which I do not answer, and they leave no message.
