OXFORD MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN CALLING MY NUMBER FOR MONTHS LOOKING FOR PATRICIA MURPHY. I DO NOT KNOW HER.THIS COLLECTION AGENCY IS RUN BY A BUNCH OF ****** PEOPLE. MAYBE IF THEY WOULD CALL INFO OR PICK UP A TELEPHONE BOOK THEY MIGHT FIND A CORRECT NUMBER FOR PATRICIA MURPHY.

This person continues to call me about a debt that does not belong to me. I have told this person that the person they are calling about it menatlly ill and suicidal.

We don't know what they want and when you try to talk to someone ***ody answers the phone, but they keep calling.

They call three times a day...and I answer! I was polite the first 6 times. I have informed them that this was so****ing that should never have been billed to me; said I was not paying it and to no longer call. They are welcome to send me so****ing in writing. They got very nast and the caller said, "WELL I'm not losing my job so I am going to keep calling you." Nice. I need to know how to block them.

I called my long distance carrier after repeated calls from this company. They use 3 or 4 different numbers which I discovered on this website by typing them in. I have at least 3,4,5 calls a week. I don't owe anything to anyone. If I do answer, no one comes on the line. My carrier told me that I can use my call trace which is included in my calling plan. The phone co. will keep an electronic record of my traces and if they call more than 3 times a month the carrier will take action. If the calls continue, they can, by law, take legal action a***nst the company making the calls. Just thought this might help someone get away from these pests. Extermination by phone.

Constantly calling and never leaving messages. And when I answer there is a recording telling me to please hold for the next available representative. If they can't be on the phone when they call, ***** them!

They call me every day. I've filed several complaints with the http://www.DoNotCall.gov It's annoying!

This company calls my 14 year old daughter almost everyday. This has gone on for at least two years now. They are looking for a person named Brianne Glenn. This is so annoying and we are tired of it!!

This PA number calls FL practically everyday, night and day, even on the weekends and never leaves a message, just keeps calling back. I do not answer calls from people I do not know so they are wasting their time and money!

I was having the same issues most everyone else is. They would call me and because they did not want to hear anything other than my account number, they would **** up on me. If they are going to **** up, then why call me? I also got the threats and slander everyone else is stating. I s****ed the BBB and FTC route, but I found a faster way. I was able to get the names and info of the officers from the web site registry. I s****ed with an e-mail to Peter Pinto and that was all it took. One of the officers called me back right away and that was three days ago and I have not gotten any calls. I was prepared to conference in an officer everytime I got one of thier folks on the phone. Persistant & recalcitrant harrasment on my home phone. No messages left/no human contact - time for FTC action!

These guys (computer generated caller) called me at 10pm on a Wednesday night. They should all burn in*****. Does anyone know the owner of the company's name?

I have no idea what these clowns would be calling me for, but they are wasting my time and minutes.

They call me evceryday. One time they told me that I owed Comcast which my account is up to date on. Then they told me it was from years agao. i got in an arguement with them and told them to send me some info. They never did but they still call

if these guys would let me know what it is they are calling about, I would probably anwswer.

I did a Google trace on the number and discovered that most people consider Oxford as another slime ball collection agency. I have caller ID and never answer a caller that I don't recognize and I suggest others do the same. Call-Block service from your phone company works, too. From what I saw on the internet posts Ocford just leaves a recording with a number to call and then callers just get a voicemail. I don't know how/why they got my number but without an address you can't give them written notice to cease the calls or be reported to the FTC and the Collector's****ociation. The FTC heavily fines these low lifes that continue to call after they've been given written notice to stop (by certified mail to have proof of deliver). The law protects consumers even if you owe the debt.

We don't know what they want or how they got our number.

Everytime they ask that we fax this information or give them the attorney's name, account number and phone number, they **** up and don't give us s fax number or the information required. This is a number used by Oxford Management for debt collection.  They will call many times during the day and never leave voice mail.  Also, If the call is answered there is an automated message stating that the call is important and to hold.  You are then transfered to another line and get a message stating that they are closed for the day and to call back during regular business hours.http://www.oxfmgt.com/

After finding several messages and name/numbers on my caller ID over period of couple of weeks, I answered a call today. Guy on the other side said that I own some money to his client, which I explained is absolutely not true, as I pay my bills always on time. When I asked him not to call me any more, because this must be a mistake and I'm on the Do Not Cal list, he said: "No, no, I will call you every day and you will need a lawyer". Also, he asked me for my SSN, which was su****ious to me, as I have never had any business with them before. I asked to speak to his manager, but he answered that he is his own manager and I can not speak to anyone else.I filled complaints with donotcall.gov and ftc.gov .

I keep getting a recorded message saying press 1.  When I do they ask how they can help me.

I have received calls from this company for over 4 years now looking for someone that I don't know. I explain this to them and ask them to remove my number from their list. They say they will but every other month they call a***n.

It s****ed out as an automated call and my husband pressed 1 to talk to a human, they tried to tell him they were from Columbia House and I owe them, well I have never ordered anything from Columbia House even had the wrong birthday.  He demanded a supervisor and did not even put him on hold, so he got to hear what they were saying.  The supervisor was now saying the debt was his, and he never ordered anything , either.  He demanded to see the debt in writing and they ***g up on him.

It is ridiculous how often they call.  I have no idea who they are.  I am listed on the Do Not Call list but it doesn't seem to help lately.

This company is notorious for calling people and claiming they have some sort of debt.   I recommend everyone go to www.donotcall.gov and report each call you have received from this company.  If you have caller ID, enter the phone number, name of the company, and time/date of the call.  Hopefully our actions can put a stop to this company.

Calls come every day and night for someone that used to have this number. I Told them the call was being recorded and to please take our number off the calling list. They then said I did not have permission to record them so I told them they did have have permission to call my house, they quickly terminated the call.

This number calls my cell phone three and four times a day as well as my home phone.  There is never a live person on the other end.  How do I make them go away?

As with others posting here, they've called our house 2-3 times a week for perhaps 2 months now?  We normally never answer calls we don't recognize, and they never leave a message, but just now I finally answered to tell them to go away.  Got a computerized voice saying "this is not a solicitation, please hold for the next available representative".  Next I heard the clicking as the line was transferred, then another voice said "all of our representatives are currently****isting other clients.  Please hold blah blah blah".  No thanks--gave them 38 seconds of my time which was far too much.I am a financial ****yst and work frequently with credit bureaus, my wife and I certainly don't have any outstanding debts or ID theft cases  (I monitor that for a living...).  I'm going to file a complaint with the FTC.  Now they have me mad.

Oxford Management is a shady collection agency based in Melville NY. They will NOT take no fro an answer when you tell them there is no one by the name they're inquiring about and that you have no debtd.  Rude, evil, just plain nasty.  What fun I would have to have them come to my home so I can do to them what they so desperately deserve.

I get this call several times a day with a recorded message. The recording s****s off with "this is not a solicitation.  This is a very important business call from Oxford Management Services."

They are bothering with their calls in my cell phone, I do not have credit cards or so****ing like that, besides I am sure that I do not have any doubts, I do not know how I can block or stop them.
