unsolicited ****-up call at 6 PM..I am on no call registry list.  I thought this was illegal. How to prosecute?

They are conducting a survey for Comcast

I just got a call from this number. I did call it back just out of curiosity and it was all legit.  They are conducting a survey for Comcast and the survey literally took less than 3 minutes. Their questions are like on a scale of 1 - 10 how satisfied with your Comcast Internet Service and they asked about 10 questions. So no big deal to me at all; these people are just working an honest living like everyone else. A lot of companies use third party companies to conduct their surveys just like on the back of a receipt you may see a 1-800 number to call which is 90% of the time a compay contracted to do their surveys; same way as a lot of places have mystery shopping companies to conduct their mystery shops for them in restaurants and retail stores. If this had been an actual telemarketer which it was not I guess I would have been upset since I am like millions of others on the Do Not Call List.  Hopefully this survey will help Comcast realize that Cable Internet goes out in my area quite a bit.

I just recieved a call from this number April 11, 2008. A lady answered the phone and asked for someone named Elaine Lee. W***ver that is but i informed the caller that For her own good, this better be her last time calling my number! she replied okay and I hope she knows that I really meant what I said....Peace.

Called at 7:56 PM 2/21; no voicemail.
