I have received the same call over and over a***n. I fell victim to this scam last year and was duped out of over $600.00. I had previously received pay loans and the gentl;eman said I had not paid one of them back. He had my banking information so I believed it to be legitimate. Some pay day loan companies will sell your information and this is how they get your number. Report them to your State's Attorney.

Recieved a call from a man with heavy accent stating he needed to reach my sister who commited a fraudulant act and was going to take her to court if I didn't have her call him. he said she had left me as a contact. His name was Lee Cooper.

Recieved a call for a man with a heavy accent stating that he was part of an investigation for collections.  He called my cell and work stated his name was Luke Wilson.  A name did not come up on the caller id just a strange number.

I received a  call from William johnson  threatening to  sue me  he was very rude
