call and don't leave msg - STOP!!!

I would receive a call from this number and no one answers...

has called my phone multiple times per day for multiple days, will not leave message

Survey Call. These people call on a repeated basis. I asked the woman to stop calling and she said, 'We don't have to. We can call as often as we want because we are a research firm and the 'do not call list' does not apply to us. Then when I ***g up on her she just called back. Wish they would leave us alone.
