This is Angela Coleman calling from PECO about your energy choice program contract which is about to expire.

The same script played as per other comments. Looks like it's prerecorded. In my case the initial call came from 267-585-6620 number. Clearly a scam.

Same as above comments. I have blocked the phone number.
