Lol....called about a delivery at old address from 10 years ago

There have been multiple calls to my home phone and work phone about these harrassing calls.they(attorneys office).have these Indian accents(could be ****stani), using fake names such as Michael Peters, A. Black,etc. claim they sent a check to your bank account and they havent been paid. these payday loan people as far as i know only direct deposit into your account. i believe they are getting your personal info ,and in the process and selling them to others. i have been a victim of theft, where money was taking from my account to pay for a landlline service i dont have or authorized.please be aware of these people as they have become very desperate to steal from you one way or the other.
