I also ordered extreme bright white and you charged my account before you could even get it back in the mail and I also called you the day after I ordered to cancel it and my card better not be charged anymore.  I have called the Better Business Bureau and have filed a lawsuit a***nst this company because you refuse to give me back my money even though you received the product back. I had the post office to trace it and it was delivered to your company and I want my money by March 12,  2010 or the lawsuit leaves my attorney's office.  We are also asking for charges this debit has cost me which is 105.00 plus the 69.99.  I advise anyone ordering this product or any of their other products to not trust these people because their trial periods are lies. These are the products they sell Knock-out, Bio-Derm, Trim-Day, and all are sold by Cynergy.  People  DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS BECAUSE THEY ARE THEIVES.   REMEMBER CYNERGY YOU HAVE UNTIL MARCH THE 12TH TO GET THIS MONEY BACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT OR PAY A WHOLE LOT MORE MONEY AND CHARGES!

I sent for the trial of bright white an I just received it in the mail on February 15th. on February 18th you charged my account 69.99. How dare you. This was a trial and I didn't even have enough time to see if it was even worth it. It is not so therefore i expect you to credit my account immediately the $69.99 or i will report you to the better business bureau. I expect you lose that account number because it will do you know good! i have to wait 3 days for a new card to be issued which is a great inconvenience. I will make sure your company is taken off the web site because what you have done is fraud. That is a serious crime. i expect my account to be credited first thing monday February 22, 2010. If not I will file a police report and file a civil suit a***nst your company. you get ones credit card information and you think you can do whatever you want with that information. That is ILLEGAL!!!!!!!$69.99 WILL be CREDITED to my account first thing Monday Feb. 22, 2010 or ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!!!!!! and as for your product it stinks.
