I also received a call from this number this morning saying I owed 400.00 from some company I didn't recognized. I asked for further information and was told they'd give me 2 minutes to think about paying it or they would see me in court. I called my wife and she called back the same number and gave them a false name and said she recieved a call on her caller ID and wanted to know what the call was for and they tried telling her she owed money for a payday loan that she has done a loan for. These people need to be stopped before they get a hold of someone who believes them and ruins their lives by losing everything they own by giving them their bank info or SSN.

Even I get a call from this guy.He says ' Good morning'. when it is evening. I asked him if he is calling from India. He just sain t'this is American law firm.When I asked his real name , he disconnected the phone. These Indian guys from Gujarat and Mumbai have no other better work and got into this kind of scam jobs. They have Christian names to sound like an American name , but they are Hindus and some of them are  anti-Christians. Just ignore and them and snub them."Be wise as serpent and harmless as dove" as the word of God says.

foriegn speaking person told me I was being sued. could hardly understand him. I ***g up  he called back left me a phone # to call.  This is the 3rd time in a month this yahoo has called.Called from american legal company.  Be carefull

Got a call from this number too. They had my maiden name so I told them they had the wrong number. I recognized the indian accent from a call I got this summer trying to make me believe I was under investigation WHEN I WASN'T!!! What a VERY mean thing to do. Those ****s made me cry. And then i could hear them laughing about it. Yeah, not gonna let them get to me a***n.

This **** claimed his name was Sean Wilson although he is obviously east indian. I also received a message saying I was named in a lawsuit & that he had my address AND social security number. I googled the phone number prior to calling back & read all the complaints about this guy.First of all, he had the wrong person. The address he had was not & never has been mine. When I informed him he had the wrong person, he became irrate & said, "Just wait & see! We will move forward with this lawsuit and you will be crying OR I will be dead!"My response, "Well, I guess you will be dead then!"He screamed "F*** YOU!" and ***g up the phone.I called back and said, "Listen ****, if I am being named in a lawsuit then serve me the papers. That's how it works in AMERICA...YOU JUST DON'T RECEIVE A PHONE CALL NOTIFICATION THAT YOU ARE BEING SUED!" by this point I was screaming into the phone.I told him he was harassing me & I would report him & that his phone number was all over the internet listed as a fraud.DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR SOCIAL OR VERIFY YOUR ADDRESS IF HE CALLS YOU!!!
