This guy is no debt collector. He is a scam artist. Judging from the time of the calls he is in the east coast or overseas.

This guy or group is a scam. It is some middle east guy that tries to tell you that someone you know has legal problems and that the police will come arrest them unless they get some payment. This idiot has called me several times over the last 5 months trying the same thing. Call him names and insult him. He wont answer my calls. Report him to the police. This appears to be a cell phone from Oregon. Hope this helps.

received this call at my work.  Chanting sounds in the background, could not understand what was being said.  Asked not to call me a***n.
