Advises that YOU may be eligible for a US student forgiveness program and to talk to a live person. If I did not know better I would say it is a message meant to separate regular people from gullible people as the gullible people would press a number. I think it is a scam, as I never went to a school in the US. Do not have a loan outstanding in the US, I am NOT and do not LIVE in the US.

"Hello, we are calling to let you know your student loan has been flagged for forgiveness..." Except I've never had a student loan. Listened just long enough to determine it was a robocall.
