Actual number belongs to IMS AMERICA CENTRE. According to their answering ma****e someone has s****ed this number and you are not to give out any information. If you have you are to contact the authorities.

I got exactly the same call. So I asked him what type of computer sent those error reports, he said a ***nd name and I told him I don't own a computer with that ***nd. He still asked me to go to my computer and work with him. Can you believe that?!

I got many calls from this number.. Windows computer department. Ask me to open the computer so that he will****ist. After that they aksed me pay to fix the issue. Almost i got more than 20 Calls in 10 months. It is frusrating call. Be careful With these guys.

Just got a call from this number at 10:04 AM Pacific time... while still ringing I quickly Googled to this page and noticed the 'scam' related comments and decided not to answer.  I work at a large business office in US on West coast.  They did not leave a message.

I just got a call from the number, and it was like every once else has said. Luckily my dad was in the room with me and asked what was going on. He asked to talk to an American supervisor that he could understand and was given another man with an accent. After yelling at them a few times insisting it was a scam, he ***g up. They then called back, this time using our last name, claiming to be from the FBI and accused my dad of "abusing them by using foul language in a professional call."He ***g up a***n and so far my phone has been quiet. Hopefully it stays that way.

I just received a call from the number a few minutes ago.  It was a woman with an eastern accent that said they had been receiving error messages from my computer that the microsoft was bad and that it might crash and I needed to get it fixed.  She wanted to know if I was on my computer, I told her no, but I was. She want me to turn it on so she could fix the problem. I ***g up the phone. The number was 610-834-6333 from IMS HLTH.

Got a call from this number, Caller ID showed IMS Health or some such..... I called them back and as has been said elsewhere, the IVR menu has an option that their number has been s****ed and if you get a call from it to not give out any info. If you have, to contact your local law enforcement. But what good will that do? Even a national do not call list has no effect if these people are s****ing another number. Try holding a foghorn to the phone.....

I have gotten calls from this number every day since October 29th.  Same guy, can't understand most of what he is saying.  I have asked politely for him not to call me anymore and to be removed from his list, but nothing is working.  Will report this to my cell company today.  Maybe they can help.

Called my house too and told me that there was errors on my windows to go into to this page and this page then click systmes and I kept telling him you are scamming me oh no Mam he said I could tell you the number on your computer what was he kept saying. However on the other hand I am thinking I don't know if you are right or wrong cause I don't know it or how to get into ti. however eventually  i told him that I have Mcafee on my computer why wouldn't that pick up so****nig there wrong. Oh no he said that mcafee wouldn't pick up anythnig liek this. so I told him then that I would call him back in a few minutes and he said I wil lcall u back in hafl an hour, I went and automatically called my daughter who knows everything bout computers and she otld me not to listen to him and he called back about 2 hours later and I didn't answer him. However I called the number back that he called from( scared at first ) and liek every buisness there was certain numbers to press for different things so I pressed 3 like it said to do if you got a call form this number and it said that there were fraudlent calls being made from this number not to listen ot them and to call the law in on it.. Boy was  I glad then. i have it posted on facebook since and I hope no-one else gets scammed to think I almost got burned boy oh boy  iwish those peoepl would grow up or get a life of their other than making soemones elses miserable.

Just called my house.. However it was a female..I asked her which PC she was refering to and she said the one with windows... I said I have three in the house all with different versions....she couldn't tell me... Then insist I go to my computer... I said you really think I am that ****** and ***g up!!

This person called me and as other posts state, has a very think accent. Tried to tell me my computer has viruses and would need to view my computer, I stated to this person that they should stop the bs and if this were true, what kind of computer did i have? He stated my name was Michael which it is not and that i have a computer with Microsoft Windows on it. He couldnt even tell me what version i was running. Either way I told him that if he called my number a***n i would be seeking legal help. ***g up on him, he called back. Anything we can do about this person?

Indian guy just called me from this number telling me I've been experiencing delays and warnings on my computer and he needs access to my computer to fix it that he is with microsoft, told me to go on my computer and I ***g up on him. This is definately a scam do not do anything they ask!

The guy called me & said this was the Dept of Corrections & that my number was under investigation. He knew my first name.   Somebody needs to stop this guy or organization

Number showed up as IMS HEALH INCO. Chick with Heavey Indian accent - said I had computer problems this morning.

Same deal. Got a call from 610-834-6333, Mid-eastern accent , had my last name. S****ed babbling about my "Windows Computer". I said Just what kind of scam are you running?, now get off my phone.

this number had caqll me house twice, claiming that they were from windows and want me to go on the computer to show the problem

I reported this telephone number to the Do Not Call Registry and the FTC with an explanation of what happened. Hopefully so****ing will be done. You all should do the same. It can't hurt.

Yeah i live in ca***a to and they just called me bout 10 minutes ago saying someone else was using my IP addy and they wanted to help fix it.Well i've built all 3 of my comps from the ground up and know them inside and out, monitor them all the time. I knew there was so****ing fishy about this.He's got a heavy indian accent and dumb as a fence post.Thx for everyone's posts

Received a call from the above number. They reported that my computer had sent an error report to them. They wanted access to my computer. I told them that I was not aware of this error report and I also told them I will not allow them access to my computer. He carried on and I decided to **** up on him. This is more than a scam, they are looking for banking information or anything of value to them.

This # calls my house at least 3 times a day - after saying*****o 2 times an automated voice says "good bye" and the line disconnects. I got so fed up tonight I called back and there was a wait in the queue so I left a nasty message for them to remove my number from their calling list... We will see what happens now!

2 calls from this number and I do not answer calls that I do not recognize. Did not leave a message. I'm sick and tired of these type of calls!!

A guy with an accent trying to ***n access to my computer. Wanted me to install teamviewer so that he could repair my "infected computer" remotely. Said he was from microsoft. SCAM

This number called my house at 6:00am, usually the only calls I ever get at this time are emergencies. Some pushy guy with a think accent who had my last name but couldn't*****ounce it, i ***g up on him.

I had received a call from a man with a very heavy middle eastern accent, informing me that MY computer was sending ERROR messages to the Windows server. Then asked if I would go to my computer and he would help me repair it. Well....I am very computer literate and I turned the tables and s****ed asking my own questions......then he promptly ***g up.......I knew it was a scam....so people warn your older family members about this as they seem to be the ones being preyed upon....

That said they were with microsoft, and that they were calling to****ist me in helping to rid my computer of its many error reports.

Same story...  checking computer for viruses.Although when I confronted them, they cursed me in Indian and called me ALL SORTS of very bad names in English as well.  I had at least 3 of them get on the line to yell at me.  1 of them even threatened my life, which is scary since they had my phone # and address.........

Offering to check my computer for viruses (apparently there's one going around in my post code area).  Pretty sure that this is a scam.

These guys calling from different country by placing this ID. Reported to consumer forum.There is no way to track
