they just called my home# and asked for phill how is Phill and told then next call will be a lawsuit and they said that phill has a magazine subscription with them but they will take this # off there calling list

I called the phone # suggested by Steve (800 848 4735), Talked with Ed who was polite and said he would remove my phone # from their automated list. He said it would take 30 days for all depts to be notified. I Will post a***n if these calls don't stop.

Th**** a compaly called Rodale Books. They have a number you can call and be removed from their list: 1-800-848-4735...I ordered a book via Prevention magazine and they do CS follow up to try to sell you more books.

This number calls very often, I believe it is an automatic call ma****e that is figuring out when or if  you answer so the charities that use their service know when they are most likley to have you answer.
