I've had repeated calls from this particular number.  Sixtel used to a VOIP company which merged into Vitelity at some point.  No message was left on my voice mail and when called back, an operator answers saying it may been left from anywhere in the country.  Finally was able to be home when called last Thursday and the caller tried to sell me so****ing over the phone--I thought I was on on the "DO NOT CALL" list?!?!?  Told the operator never to call me a***n and promptly reported it to donotcall.gov and the FTC.
