I just called them back at the number given on the voicemail (612-309-1496).  They are Primerica.  Be careful with them.  I have friends who have worked for them and described it as a pyramid scheme.

posted the resume on yahoo.com hotjobs on june 24th called me on june 25th.put number in google and found this blog. everything you guys say is exactly how it happened to me today. they must think people dont check there companies or phone numbers frist.

Yep, got the same message today after posting a resume on Monster.com. Although none of the info was spoken clearly in the voicemail - I was pretty sure they were recruiting some sort of commission based sales personnel. I'm not interested! Glad everyone else posted their messages above!

It's Primerica. I did a google search for T**** Lisowe and the next entry after this one shows the other number that many of you had on your caller id. I bet the only positions they have available are for people to sell their product on a commission only basis. I am definitely not interested.

I just posted a resume on Monster yes****ay - got a call this morning from "Roland" with "asset mgmt co in Minneapolis" --exactly the same as all of you. I called and got the vm as well. After reading this info, i'm not interested in what they have to offer

Anybody call back and find out what the deal is with this company?

I received a call too. I just posted my resume on Moster.com yes****ay.  same deal call said they had my resume and to call her manager T**** at 612-309-1496. I am not calling that number sounds shady

This does sound a bit shady.  A man named "Rollin" (pron. Raw-lin) called this morning and asked if I am keeping my industry options open (I too recently posted my resume on monster.com), and he told me to call his manager, Tracey Lisowe at 612-309-1496; but he was calling from 651-501-8651.  Some things that first atch my attention: he did not clearly say the company name (asset management or so****ing like that); his number is from St. Paul, but his manager's is from Minneapolis, that seems fishy; they both are mobile phone numbers, not land-line numbers.  This does not seem to be a legitimate business by any means.

I also got a call this morning.  Lydia sure was in a hurry to **** up after she told me to call T****.  I posted my resume on Monster yes****ay, and I'm guessing that's where they're getting the information.

got the same voice mail asking if i am keeping my career opportunities open.  i couldn't hear the company name clearly, after google seach found the number to be from minnesota where i do not even live.  supposed to call t**** back at 612-309-1496.  caller id gave me 651-501-8651.  after reading these posts i don't think i am going to call back.

Ditto: T**** called me today with my resume: my resume isn't published anywhere.  Don't bother calling back!

I also received a call from T**** today from this number who insisted they have my resume on file.  I have not applied anywhere so I am not calling this person back.  Sounds like one of those Ameriprise "Wow you are a perfect candidate to be a financial advisor" deals

Same story here... I've been applying places and "asset management firm" called me back--which I didn't remember applying there, but who knows. It's too bad they didn't leave the name of the company.  I called the number and the lady's name is T**** Lizuay? from T**** Li.. and****ociates.  I'm going to try back a***n tomorrow during business hours to see if I can get some information about the company.
