Isn't there someway this person/people can be tracked and prosecuted????!!!! Won't stop even after I told them if they didn't stop I was going to get ahold of the State Attorney General's Office!!!!

Always calling early morning hours. They don't ever leave a message. I don't answer them!!!

Well i didn't recognize the number. So I didn't answer them. Nor did they leave a message, I just dislike weird numbers calling my cell. If I don't know who they are, I won't answer, they'll have to leave a message, and then I'll call them back. It's my cell they called, so they shouldn't even have my number. *sigh* Oh well.

Some lady claimed to be from the USPS. S****ed interrogating us on our postage meter with questions about how often we paid for it, if we had a contract, how much postage we used. Was rather rude but that could be because she spoke poor English. I really don't think she was from the USPS. Going on the Solicitor list we keep at work.

The same number keeps calling me on my American SkypeIn line (I'm international). Doesn't leave a message. I tried to find out who it was and Googled the number and found this page:http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-678-374-4449A lot of people complaining about a phone phishing scam from someone called "Albatross Marketing" that seems to use a lot of different numbers, including this one. People are reporting that they are doing everything from trying to sell ***** and other (probably fake) pharma.It looks like they may also s**** existing numbers, as some caller ID is identifying incoming calls as Albatross Marketing when it is someone they actually know.

I got a call from these guys yes****ay claiming I was named as a party in a lawsuit filed in New York and that I needed to give them the name and phone number of my attorney immediately. I refused to tell them anything and continually asked the name of their company and what the phone call was really about. Another guy got on the phone and insisted I had defaulted on a payday loan and was being sued for what I owed. I have never taken a payday loan so I knew this was false. He kept insisting that I give him information and I kept refusing. He then s****ed to ask me to confirm the names of my siblings which made me angry and I ***g up. I reported this to the State Attorney General's office and will make further reposrts today.

calling me NON stop threatening me. middleeastern man says his name is mike walker. telling me I am going to be arrested and my kids are going to a foster home.... I have saved ALL messages from this man..
