https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx if you are on the national do not call registry you can file a complaint or register for it at least.. they can then find the owner of the number and fine them up to $10000.00 a call that they can verify.

How did you get my number?  Why do you not honor do-not-call requests? etc.), the caller ****s up on me. No one who calls me or answers that number speaks English clearly, and they obviously give false names. The calls I have received from “Eric,” “Mike,” “Nancy Smith,” etc. clearly were not using their birth names, as their accents were incredibly annoying and not a one of these callers speaks English as a first language. The callers say they are calling from Debt Solutions or Financial Advisors Group located in Baltimore, but they refuse to give an address or a main call back #. A reverse # search shows this number as being in Twin Cities, MN. Interesting that they can call and annoy me, but I can’t contact them?  I suggest you report them, as did I, to the FCC (http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm). I have received 9 calls on my cell phone from these bozos in the last 9 days! I have repeatedly requested to be put on their do not call list (but I doubt such a list exists). First call came on 6/23 and then one today on 6/25, both on my cell. I've not answered either time as I don't recognize number and ID says "Unknown Caller".  glad to see others are getting this call on their mobile phones.

This number has been calling my cell number several times a day despite being on the Do Not Call List.  No use trying to call back and complain; no answer.

Keeps calling my office, my voice mail/automated attendant answers, leaves no message. Probably duckes under the do not call list by advertising as so****ing else. Being a telecommunications and bell provider, I know very little can be done for this or calls like this. It ****s. My advice is to wait for a voice, answer there questions, (being either automated or live person), then ask them not to call anymore. All these companys want is to take polls. The scielance you hear is ther automatic dialers waiting to hear someone answer, it's called grunt detection. When the system hears a sound or a voice say "hello" twice, it hands the call over to an operator. But answer a couple of questions, then tell them to take you off ther list, they must do this!!!

This number calls my cell 2 or 3 times a day and never leaves a message. I call it back and it doesn't ring or go through. Bad number i guess or so****ing.

This number ring's my phone once a day and it only rings one time!!!!!!!!!!! When you try to call this number back it says that it is a none working number. Man, that makes me MAD!!!!!!!!!
