I met this person on Match.com. He claims to be an under cover private agent in Malaysia coming back to Seattle after 2 years. I was fairly certain he was a a scammer, but had it confirmed here. Thank you to all who have reported him.

I, too, was scammed by him. He has a profile on match.com. Says he is doing a two-year stint in Malaysia, and coming back to Minnesota, and will retire from the intelligence field. He goes by David Vandersteen.

I too have been scammed. He has a profile on Match.com - says that he is in the intelligence field and planning on coming back to Minnesota after a two-year stint. That is why you can’t find any information on him. He goes by David Vandersteen.

A man using this number also has contacted me claiming he is working in Malaysia.

This number is being used by an international scammer, claiming he is working in Malaysia.
