Letting me know i was about to be served court papers

Said this is Emily Rivers with processor direct notifying the residence will be serving legal paperwork in regards to a complaint that is going to be filed for someone with my last name questions concerns contact issuing agents office 866-690-3666

Caller does not state what agency they are from but did leave 866-690-3666. They said I need to return their call today or a decision will be made by the courts without my parti****tion. They also called my family members.

Left message stating papers had been mailed to an address regarding civil complaint about to be filed. Also stated to call back 866-690-3666, with a reference number. And that the person who it was meant for, has been served.

Left voice message saying she was calling from Nationwide Legal Service although when called back it was Douglas Legal Firm located in California. Calling about a Legal matter scheduled to be filled a***nst me in the county I live in which is not in California. Also called my family members and told one that a "Civil Case is not public information" when they asked for details. SCAM!!

A woman identified as Ramona called to say that a civil case was filed a***nst my property and I had until the end of the day to call another number (866-353-0026) before the case moved forward without me. She says papers were delivered to my residence (none were). All I can find is this is a scam.

Trying to reach for a civil matter pending a***nst me. Legal matter that will be moved forward without my parti****tion if I don't call back. Originating number 612-607-5113 to call 866-558-0186. 866 number rings busy and 612 rings once then nothing.

Legal issue no response to letter.
