Called number back and could not understand person on other line but you could tell it was a scam.
Muffled voice on a recording said he was David Gray. Caller ID said Minneapolis. Said there was an enforcement action and ignoring the call would result in court action or Grand Jury. Demanded a return call. I hung up.
