Leave a CommentAnother call from the Daily News. The gentleman on the phone seemed nice, he didn't seem like a salesman. He even gave me enough time to ask him to put me on his Do Not Call list. A lot of times, when news papers are going out for "free," that means that the National Do Not Call List does not apply to them as it is "free." In such case, you just have to say that you would like to be on "their" do not call list. Be sure to emphasize, "Please put me on 'your' do not call list, thank you."
