Annoying spam phone calls.

I did not call back but they have called me at the office at least once a day for the past 2 - 3 months.  I answer and the line goes dead, have never called back.

Called the number back and it was some magazine subscription company.  They did not give a name on their announcement.

612-808-5540 has been calling my house up to 5x a day when I answer no one responds when I call to ask them to stop all circuits are busy.  I would like to know who's number this is.

This number called us every day up to 5x a day with no one responding at the other end.  I tried to call the number back but it always says that all circuts are busy.

I get back to back calls from this number. Any Idea who it is?
