Left a automated message about car deals.

It's spam. "Card Services" wants you to give them your cc info to consolidate your debt. They are actually stealing card numbers, which is why you can't call them back, and they don't give you the option of removing yourself from the list

I didn't accept the call so I don't know anything about them except I have received several calls from them and have no idea who they are.

I received a call from this number stating that I had contacted them last week regarding lowering my monthly payments. I have never contacted anybody regarding this.

My guess is the same, a credit card company

Some credit card agency I think. keeps getting the wrong number >_>
