These *******s keep calling me, and I have not, nor will not, take their scammy call. I'm gonna stone them if I can get their address (likely in the Middle East), where this type of punishment is condoned.

This number calls me at all hours!! It is extremly annoying!! Next time they call I am am going to play a little game with them! Then report it!! This ****s a huge waste of my time!!

I have Sprint cell service, which I love. Anyway I dialed *70 from my cell and called my home number to see what would happen. I got the same results from many of you with the white noise. The phone number that showed up on my caller id was 612-852-3650.It sounds as if this is a generic phone number used by many people/companies to block their identification. Had I not called myself and discovered this number, I would have****umed it would have shown Blocked Number on caller id.I am going to call Sprint and ask them why...

They call from 612-852-3630, 612-852-3630, 612-852-3610.A woman with heavy foreign accent stated this was followup for diabetes. Then she asked if anyone has diabetes in my household. I told ner no, she immediately ***g up. My mother also received the same call. They are scammers.This is also a number Skype uses for military, so very annoying, when it is a scam call.

A man with an Indian accent called to speak with me about a car loan, which I do not have.  I could not understand him and kept asking him who he was calling for.  He paused quite a few times and asked to speak with my spouse.  I ***g up

They have called me over 30 times within an hour -- annoying!  They also show up as 0000 on caller id!  This ****S!

My son has a different phone number but when he called me the caller id said 612 852 3650. He said he is aware of this because his friend said it showed up on his caller id also. A person from India? answers this #

We have also been receiving calls from this number and 612-238-3843 - the same thing as the 612-852-3650.  Static and then they **** up, and when you try to call the numbers back, you get a busy signal.  It is some kind of a landline phone number, but not sure exactly what.

My mom received a call from this number today and they said that they were calling from Wells Fargo and she had been in to apply for a loan and they need to verify. The person spoke spanish, so this is a bi-lingual scam. DONT GIVE THEM ANYTHING!!!!!!

I just got a call from an acquaintance of mine who said he lost his cell phone and is using this phone. He told me he is from England, but his accent is very heavy, too, and I haven't figured out yet what it is. Is he perhaps the same one who is calling everyone else?CJ

Same thing as everyone above.  I answer with "Hello?" and after a moment of silence, someone with an accent says the same and then ****s up.

I keep getting calls from 612-852-3650, 3630 and 3610, all in the middle of the night  I'm also getting middle-of-night calls from a number which is apparently in Somalia: 25215138817.

Called me back after I ***g up on 760-284-4672. They were calling my work saying I owed them money. When they called back guy says he's officer Melvin Gerard badge #8286.Bad connection, told him I couldn't hear him and ***g up. He tried back, didn't answer.It's a SCAM!!!!

I received a call from this number and it was my daughter calling from ***an using Skype on her computer.  She had called me a few minutes earlier and it came through as "Out of Area".

These idiots called me a***n tonight trying to tell me that it’s a “private legal matter” and that I nee to listen to them, and that he would ‘transfer’ me to his manager.  His manager proceeded to tell me that according to their data, I took out a payday loan Feb 20,2008 and that I owe money to National USA.  I know for a fact that never happened!  1)    That was the month I paid $1000 for lawyers who specialize in handling payday loans so I wouldn't have been ****** enough to hire lawyers, then get a payday loan.  2)     I can get the bank statements to prove the only deposits (into the only account I owned at that time) was from my employer.  When I told him that he s****ed shouting and telling me that I had to pay, and then he wanted the name and number of the lawyers.  When I gave him their number, he then c****ed his tune - he wanted me to call the lawyers and have then call him back.This is a SCAM, he knows it and so do I, and I told him so.  Then I told him to shove off and ***g up the phone however, he kept calling from 15 minutes straight trying to reach me, and each time I would not answer – it went to voice mail.  No surprise here – no message was left.  The first phone number that they were calling from is: 187-751-4806. They were both from India with very poor English.  When I ***g up from the first call, he immediately called me back from 612-852-3650 a local number to me.  This is a widely publicized scam, and it has recently been in the National news.  People when you get this call – tell the idiots off, then file complains with the FBI, FTC, BBB and you local police department, as well as the Secret Service – these people need to be stopped, and it will take all of us to do it.

Calls from 612-852-3630 are the same company.  Upon looking it up, I find that it is someone scamming to refi or lower your interest rate.  When these calls come up on your Caller ID, try using your best "game show host" voice and say "HI!  Welcome to MoviePhone!".  It really *****s them up!!!

Caller with thick accent, said he was trying to get a hold of my wife for days about 5 million dollars and all we had to do is send $200 for processing. I told him to mail me the check or deduct from the $5M and send the rest....I wonder what will happen. ;-) Local sheriff said to call the telephone company, I did and led me to this site. telephone company is looking into it.

612 is a Minneapolis area code. First, a recording says "Card Member Services" and then (after the spiel) I press 9, and a real person comes on the phone. I ask who it is, or do they have a website and he said they are a "call center" and do not have a website. I asked who they were, and he said they were working for Visa and Mastercard and that I would find out more about reducing my interest rates (to 6%)after I gave them my information. I said "No, I needed to know the name of their business" and then the person ***g up on me.

Caller ****s up when answering ma****e comes on. The caller ID say blocked name.

People have been calling me from this number and they always call and there line is always busy who are they they call 12,3,1 in the morning somtimes?

I get repeated calls from this number. Upon answering I only hear static.

This is some type of switchboard number for Skype callers and it's impossible to tell which Skype user originated the call from the caller ID.  My sister is working in South Korea and when she calls me from Skype this number shows up so I always answer it, but today I got a call from that number and it was some guy with a thick accent asked for someone named Jacob (I'm a female and don't know anyone by that name).

Caller said that she was calling on a phone card. Was claiming to be a relative who had been injured in a car accident and needed a large amount of CASH wired to her to repair car and get home. Voice wasn't that of relatives. She couldn't answer basic questions (relatives names, her address). Finally ***g up on me.

This isn't a complaint, just general information. This phone number appears to be some sort of international multi-purpose use number. I received several calls this morning from both 612-852-3650 and

I get a call from this mortgage company 4 times a day and have repeatly asked them to place me on the no call list but the call continue.

These people are claiming that they are a debt solutions collection place. Some lady called from this number and then I called it back and it turns out there is nothing but a busy signal and I can't even get through to an actual person. I have never heard of these people in my life and don't know how the y got my telephone number.

Received a phone call from this number.  I listened to the line before saying "hello" and all I heard was static and white noise.  The second I said "hello" the line disconnected.   I attempted to call the number and the line was busy.

I told these people to stop calling me or I would call the police. I can barely understand their language. They appear to be a fraudulent group about "debt refinancing".

I have received 3 calls from 3 different phone numbers:  612-852-3630, 612-852-3650 and the last one 612-852-3610 and caller id lists private party.  I answered the last 2 calls and both times a man with foreign accent and hard to understand had trouble*****ouncing my name and asked if I had trouble with mortgage payments or debt - first time I replied no and he thanked me and ***g up.  Today I get that last call and same kind of voice and question and so I questioned him as to what company was calling and he replied loan mortgage.  Didn't want to give me much information other than I think he said 7 California.  I ***g up on him.  I have reported it so hopefully everyone is wat****g out for these people.

This is definitely a call from someone using a computer to make the call, whether Skype or another program. 2 different friends of mine call through Skype, and it appears each time.
