A man with an ascent from India called and stated he was from MSN and so****ing had got into my computer system he wanted me to get on my computer so he could help me fix the problem. I state no thanks and ***g up on him.

When the number 612-852-3670 Calls you it is someone from SKYPE calling your phone. When that number shows up it just means that the person hasn't purchased an online number so there for SKYPE puts in a "*****" number. Hope this helps all of you!

Brooks Fiber Communications - MinnesotaI've filed a complaint with the FTC and the Do Not Call registry.  They called at 1am and there was just noise in the background, like a radio or television.  They better not call a***n or they'll get a tounge lashing like they've never received in their low little lives.

I got a call from this number on 6-15-2010 at 6:18 pm saying in caller ID MINNESOTA.  Then rudly woken up at 3am the following morning thinking it could have been an emergency rushing to the phone GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Called a unpublished and listed on the do not call list. It is clear this is a NON legit organization. They randomly dialed the number per the caller when they finally got to the phone, yet even that is a***nst the law, do not call numbers are to be taken out of the sequential dialing programs per the law. Then proceeded to ask political queastions... When we tried calling the same number back we get message the number could not be completed as dialed, or Due to network issues it can not be completed. So****ing rotten in this... do not give any response as this is a illegal operation.

I questioned the guy that called and told him that I am on a do not call list. He said he wasn't a telemarketer but that he represented Federal Health Card and gave me their website: www.fedhealthcard.com. They are not a govt agency but imply they are until I questioned it. Would not tell me where they got my personal info that I would not verify from even after repeated requests. I told him that they are not legit and that I will not verify any info. They have heavy accents that are hard to understand. Obviously an overseas scam. I wanted to get as much info as I could so that I could report them. I asked where in MN they were based and he said that the call comes through the internet and put his sup on the phone. The call kept cutting out. I told them do not call a***n and they are scammers that I am not interested in. I will be reporting them.

called 3 times at 12:45 am. When I picked, there was no answer and when I tried to call back, the message I got was "Can't make the phone call at this time".

Some clown with a foreign accent called 8 times in a span of 3 minutes this morning - at 4 AM!  I finally answered a few times - they'd **** up, or I'd just not say anything right away then yell "what are you doing?" He'd mumble so****ing, then **** up. After about the 8th call, I just turned off my phone.If this happens a***n, I'm going to get the police involved.

This automatically****igned number from US networks for certain overseas originated calls, particularly from the third wolrd countries.

These calls from out of USA. If they are asking for personal information then it is just an out of country scam... The number would have different last 4 digits too some times. This is just a minneapolis rerouting number for international calls from other networks.

I answered the phone and was told I was talking to some Auto Loan Network and I was "pre-approved" for a loan but they had to get my information. First off I don't need to use a proxy to get a loan, and how can I be "pre-approved" if they don't even know my name? Second I heard Auto Loan Network I knew it had scam written all over it.I told them I am on the no call list and if they call me a***n I would report them. These Indian scamhouses are annoying and I really want them to stop calling.

I politely expressed disinterest however the telemarketer called back within a few minutes and when I made it clear I wished to be taken off the list she responded no and ***g up.

Called our place of business stating that they were calling from the better business bureau, confirmed our address and stated they're records show we were looking to move or acquire ****e for an expansion office and asked to confirm that. We're not, so I said "no that's not correct". She simply thanked me for my time and said goodbye.

Apparently Verizon Wireless uses this number or service for cell calls from the Carribean to the US as my wife called from her cell phone but the number I saw on the Caller ID was 612-852-3670, not hers.

called and ***g up as soon as I answered. when the # was called back"your call cannot be completed at this time". Tried 2x's-same thing.

Call came in twice on the same day. When i tried a***n, its saying your call can't be completed or engaged tone.

They called my cell and home phone. They stayed on my VM (both home and cell)for about 25 seconds without talking. When I call back the munber it says "sorry, your call did not go through"

called twice at my work and said it was an emergancy call and that they had a complaint about me to a coworker, I took the call and there was a bunch of noise in the back ground like a call center but no one would answer me and it eventually ***g up on me.  No one ever said anything to me on the line.  They called twice asking for me using the name Kevin Johnson.

I have the understanding that a debt that I settled years ago for a payday loan that cost me $900 to borrow $500...well or course these dip$h**s never settle anything and then release the information to the idiots. I asked for a "copy of the un paid debt" all i get is that they cant mail it out, if i dont settle now they will file in CA and i will be in court.My daughter is also getting the same calls.

A swine bag with a foreign accent called, claimed I "owed" on a credit card bill.  I ***g up on him.  If I owed on a bill, they would send so****ing in the mail.  From what I know of, my bills are paid.  I want to know more about this swine bag, so I can report him to the FTC!

A friend called me from abroad. This number showed up. Also comes up as 3630 for last four digits.

Trying to interest me in credit card parti****tion. They called and were very faint sounding, asked if I was taking medication. Then asked if my friends took medication. I asked them not to call anymore.

This number called me at 10:30 in the evening. Did not pick up, and there was no message left.

This is someone trying to call you using skype.

They called about 30 times non stop for a half an hour at my work today. When I answered I heard the voices of about ten people all talking at once. It sounded like who ever was doing this was calling all of us and connecting us to one call. They stopped when they were threatened with a call to the police to report their number. No one picks up when I call back. I'm going to try a***n with skype later.

Called my work from 8:09 am-8:31 am in one minute intervals. When I answered it was nothing but ringing and lots of people talking saying "Hello?" and "Who is this?" They stopped calling when we threatened to report them to the police for communications harassment.

Called saying that she was from Bank of America and did I want to refinance my home loan. Asked me how much I owed on my house and I told her that when I call back and confirm she is with Bank of America I may provide that information. She ***g up.

A man calling himself Officer Ryan ********with the United Federal Investigation Dept. Said that I had to go to Western Union immediately to pay $400. He would not tell me what it was for. He said if I didn't pay charges would be filed a***nst me and I would go to jail. He called my cell and work number numerous time leaving threatening voice mail messages. These people are the s*** of the earth.

I got two calls from the number 612-852-3670. One on my personal cell phone and one on my work number. There is a message that says that my call cannot be completed and to call back later. Each time I do, I get the same message.

Called to see if we want credit card transactions, told them no many times, but kept getting calls either once a day or every other day. I have asked to talk to managers many times, kept saying hold then ***g up right away. Will not let me talk to his manager. It's the same person that calls, I can recognize his voice now.

They knew my name and asked about an expiring prescription. I asked what he was talking about and he said his "supervisor" gave him my number because my prescription was up and I had to order more *****...***? I don't take any medications. Weird call from 612-852-3670.

Called, didn't recognize the number so I didn't answer. No voicemail left, I tried calling back but got an "all cicuits are busy" message.

Claimed that they were from the US Adviser Service and claimed that someone had taken 600.00 from our checking account and wanted to help me get the money back. Told me the wrong bank and wrong account number. Also was Foreign. I called the number back it was busy.

Pre-recorded female voice announces that "our records indicate your prescription is ready to be filled" -- offers to hit 2 and remove from list, and a male voice announces you will no longer be contacted. This is at least the 5th time in about 10 days that we have received this call. So much for controlling robocalls...

First call comes in as an internation number: 923339382548. I answered it a couple of times and it was someone with a foreign accent asking if I was a "friend". I ***g up and then the number came in as 612-852-3670 and the same person asking if I was a "friend". They have called back 6 times over the last 2 days (I don't answer it).
