called me at 9am so I called back at 11 it was a recording saying congrats on s****ing your new buisness. if you would no longer wish to receive these phone calls please enter your phone number then hit pound. I did so then the recording said thank you and ***g up

CALL AND HARASS ME AT MY NUMBER WITH NO MESSAGE ON ANS. SERVICE.. JUST **** UPS!  I AM ON DO NOT CALL LIST... SO WONDER HOW THEY CAN HARASS PEOPLE WITHOUT ANYTHING BEING DONE??

I just got a call from this as well and I think I know why.  I was ****** enough to click on one of those ads where you can get a free laptop if you answer some questions.  Of course I spent about 30 minutes doing it and got nothing but this call 24 hours later.  I am such an idiot and new better.

I received 2 calls this morning from this number. I do not know anyone in this area code. Caller did not leave a message. I did not call back.

The calls s****ed a few days ago.  I missed the first couple.  However, since there was no message I figured it was important.  Now, when I see the number I just reject it.  A message is never left.

I accidentally subscribed to some education advance thing too.  Now the calls...Write letters people!  Put it in writing to FCC and congressmen that these people are a scam or sorts.

I live in Minneapolis as well and began receiving calls on my cell from this number yes****ay. Very annoying. With so many people complaining, you'd think the FCC would be able to do so****ing about it. I have also been receiving multiple calls per day from unknown 1-800 numbers. I'm beginning to wonder if they are related.

Same story... they keep calling but **** up before the ma****e picks up and they never leave a message.  Im moving and my phone number will c****e... THANK GOD

I have received 3 calls from 613-226-4730 at the following times 10-11-07 10:38am, 10-16-007 6:10pm & 10-17-07 12:48pm. then it they stared calling from the 866-513-5360. on the on occasion that i have been able to speak wa rep they constantly ask for josh & when i tell them I am not josh the kept asking to speak to josh.  this is my cell # they are calling, wasting my minutes and i'm not evan a guy. i have declared that if they call my number 1 more time i will be contacting a lawyer and filing harassment charges a***nst their company. we'll see if the calls keep coming.

This number keeps calling my cell and they do it twice a day.

I just got some lame calls from Education Advance on this # and anothe 800# - they ****.

This call came at 3:08 this afternoon.  I was not home and the caller did not leave a message.  I just looked it up online out of curiosity as I did not recognize the number but knew it was from out of the country and thought it might be someone I knew after all.

I got a call from them a few minutes ago, I'm in Minneaoplis Mn.  Didnt answer, but I hope they dont' s**** bugging me.

Recived call, tried to call back but always busy

I just called this number back, and I got a recording that said, "Thank you for calling our home base business center, you have recently subscribed to our home base system online, to be placed on our do not call list please enter your number including area code followed by the pound key."  But if you don't enter your number it's just dead air, there is no way to talk to a person nor to do anything else but enter your number, I'm not sure entering your number would be a good idea, cause it might just send your number out to different calling companies and they might call more then this number.  I don't know, I'll try it and let you know, It said it would take up to 24 hours to take affect.

613-226-4730 Contact your phone company & report it. Contavt your local news station & maybe they'll do a story . Do Not Call regitry is looking into it. PLEASE Contact offical DO NOT CALL REGISTRY & make a formal 1 minute online complaint. with enough complaints maybe law enforcement will do so****ing in your area at least. Im in Baltimore Md. very annoying to me too.

Home Base Business owns this number..........call the number after midnight and you can be put on their no call list!! I did. Have to wait and see how well that worked.

They keep calling me and wasting my minutes!!!!! NO messages, can't call back because it is busy. GRRRRRRRRR

I have received many calls from this number in the past couple of weeks and do not know why. When I answer there is no one there and if i call back, the number is busy. It is very annoying and s****ing to get frustrated. Is there a way to block this number from my phone. They always call my cell number and I have no idea who gave it to them as it is registered on the Do Not Call Registry.

I have received several calls from this number, never leave a message.I am on the DO NOT CALL list, this is a cell phone thye keep calling.I just send the call to voice mail and do not answer, but they are using my minutes and that is not cool!!
