613-232-7437 called at 4:10 PM today. This is some kind of relay numberthat you can not return calls too. It is most likely used by many outfitswanting it to appear that the call is local. It it used by everyone including Collection Agencies such as IQOR or the former CBCL; Ca***ian Bonded Credits Ltd. It's a faked number or s****ed number from Ca***ian Bonded Credit in Toronto ON. or the now called IQOR attempting to appear local to ottawa residents. Don't even call the number back, you will only hear that "this number is not in service", But it is in service! When I dialed *57, It said; "The number has been traced". So everyone should do this if you get a call from this number. So, GET IT ON YOUR CALL TRACE LISTS with your local Phone Company.Another New Note For Today: 877-503-2115 called at 5:10 PM today. One hour later I get this call from IQOR (877-503-2115). First 613-232-7437 called at 4:10 PM then 877-503-2115 called at 5:10 PMBoth calles were traced!!! It's Them!!! Who else?

I mistakenly answered the last time they called and the recorded message was so****ing about my credit card - I ***g up before the full spiel. I don't discuss my credit card with my bank over the phone why would I discuss it with these *****s. Is there nothing that can be done to get these idiots to find so****ing else to do.

I constantly get recorded messages from 613-232-7437.I have tried getting them to remove my number from their list but to no avail when I have actually talked to them.If you call the number they have a recorded message saying this number is not in service but it's their own voice message.How do I get them to take me off their list?

This number keeps calling every few days. When I phone back, I set a replt that this number is not in service.

Received about 10 calls from this number within a few hours.  Line ***gs up if I answer, but stays silent if I answer without speaking.  Very annoying!

When people use online services to such as Skype to make phone calls, the call goes through local telephone line in the recipient's area.  This is the number for one of the lines that Skype uses.  Thus different companies (especially if they were calling from abroad and didn't want to pay the long distance fee) or individual people all go through the same phone number.

This number called me at 12:17 today and when I called it back I got the same "not in service" message that everyone else has recieved.

I just received a call from this number and it was Rogers completing a survey on their services.

Definitely not a collection agency because I don't owe money. 3 Calls received from that number over the weekend and I sent them all to VM but no message was left.

This number keeps calling me and it sounds like a fax.  I sent a fax back to that number so hopefully it will stop calling

It's ok, this just phone # people try to call from phone card or internet phone.

Do u guys deal with fido? I believe this number belongs to them, as i recieved a call from this number and it was a Fido supervisor...

this # calls me at work, when i answer i get the fax beeping sound in my ear!! please make it stop!!!

This number called me yes****ay, i missed it, called back and got the "number not in service" called a***n today claiming that they were a rogers representative, but it really didnt sound 'right'..she said she was pulling up my file and asking me to verify things, but dint clarify why..i ***g up..creeped me out

These idiots tried to fax my cell phone from this number three times this morning.

Someone has called me from this number twice in the past week. No message is left. I can****ure you it is not a collection agency because I don't owe anyone or any organization any money (except my mortgage). If it is a collection agency, then they are calling the wrong person. But, I suspect it's a spammer.

If your getting a call from this number it's probably because you owe someone money. It's a number rented out to collection. Total Credit Recovery Services. More than likely Student Loans.

I am at work, I cannot be accepting calls while at work, I did not answer it, I called it back on my break and it was " the number is not in service "this is really bothering me. If it was a fax calling, wouldn't it have handshake or fax sounds. ?

It's probably a spamer's dialer checking to see if numbers are in service. It could be faking the "not in service" message by playing back to you the same message your carrier uses.

....which makes me wonder how this can be done?A phone number calls my line, and when you call back, you get a "not in service" message?

On October 24, just before 2 in the afternoon, I received a call from this number on my blackberry.  Did not answer; they did not leave a message.
