this # has called here twice today! we told them they have the wrong # the first time .. then they called back .. could hear breathing but no one would answer .. does anyone know what company it is?

Got a call from this number today.When i picked up,no answer.When I called back,only a dial tone.

Lady said she was calling from Italy sear****g for her brother/cousin who lives in Kingston.  Supposedly he had the same surname as mine.  The first call about 2 weeks ago I thought it was legitimate but after I ***g up I felt su****ious about the call.
