This number called my cell (which is on the do-not-call list) and all that was at the other end was an Asian voice asking "Hello?*****o?*****o? ..."Caller appeared to have my last name (although I have no idea who this is or why they are attempting to make a call to me which I have to pay to receive). Appears to be broken (perhaps VoIP misconfigured to give one-way audio)?

Appears to be a broken VoIP gateway of some sort. Caller just asks "Hello?*****o?*****o?" and may provide the last name of the owner of the number he is attempting to call, but no idea why this number is calling my cell (I am on the do-not-call list), who is calling or what they want.Appears to be misconfigured VoIP as it shows all the symptoms of one-way-audio. No idea why they call to bother me, although I've been seeing many other calls with "private caller" or "unknown" this last day or two.

it called me serveral times but never leaves any messages at my voice mail box

I just got a Skype account and called my cell...this number came up, but it was just me on skype...

this number is a proxy server to internet biased uses in the Ottawa area it is used by companys such as skype

this number keeps calling my house every 3 minutes for the past hour

Just got a call from this number last night at 3:30am...so annoying. And it was on my cell phone.

Called by this number @ 4:30 pm, answered to nothing, waited a while to blast telemarketer, still nothing, so I ***g up and redialed the number: "THIS NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE"-- oh really!

they called and asked if id donate to drug free pamplets, i agreed, waiting for invoice to pay them.

Just had that number come through to me a***n, but was left a message from the US Border Protection Agency that I was waiting for. However, the number they gave me to call them back at was nothing like this number, and was in Alexandria Bay.

This number was a ****up for me at work on my answering ma****e. They would need to have asked for an extension numbr to get to me so this is kind of weird as it could not be an automatic dialer.

I got a call from this number informing me that I was owed 400,000 dollars by the Nigerian gov't,and if I paid Fed-Ex $210.00,I would receive an ATM card in three business days.I had also received e-mails from the same individuals who claimed to be overseas iv other African countries,yet today I got a call from one of them and the call was made right here in Kingston,which is very weird.

this number called and I answered, which I usually don't do when i dont know the number or it says unknown, I said*****o several times and got no answer, which is extreamly frustrating because i pay my phone company good money to keep my number private and to protect me from annoying calls such as this, clearly there not doing their job!

this numbers calls regulary with the fax  beeps it is annoying does anyone know how to stop this
