Received a call about 10 pm one night last week. Said*****o twice, no answer, so ***g up. Did Star 69 and got the number 667-9996, no area code. Have been sear****g for the area code, then just entered the number and found many others have been receiving calls from this number. How boring for us all.

A woman "from the attorney's office" then picks up and asks "Have you been diagnosed with PPH?".I stayed silent for a minute and my call was forwarded to the Conservative Party of Ca***a.This is a scam.

3 calls from this number in the past 2 days, and many more over a period of time. Yes****ay - no one on the line; this morning, a recording saying that my account with 407 ETR needed attention, and to call them at ... or go to website, which I did (My account was fully paid up).  Then a few hours later, same number called, but ***ody on the line. I called back and reached the Conservative Party of Ca***a.

Leave me alone, what a way to waste my time, why not donate me money instead.

This number keeps calling me even though I never answer do to the fact that I won't answer to numbers I don't recognize. They never leave a message. I never call back and still wont. STOP calling me! I don't have anything to give! LEAVE ME ALONE!

Press 2 to get to the donations line and a nice woman will remove your number from the call list.I then went to their Contact Us page at http://www.conservative.ca/ and left the following message:~~~~~This is a followup to my call to your toll free number where I asked to have my number removed from your call list. The lady graciously agreed to do so.Let me take this opportunity to elaborate.To date, I have received 9 calls from a number whose call display information reads, "6136679996". Each time, no message is left. A call back to that number ALWAYS goes to a FULL voice mail box that is identified to be from your party. No opportunity is provided to allow us to have our number removed from your call list.For the last 5 calls I have a message which instructs the caller to remove me from the call list (repeated up to 5 times), which they are required to do by law. Yes, the very same law enacted by your government. I quote from the Government of Ca***a website at:https://www.lnnte-dncl.gc.ca/cofi-fico-eng"If you do not want to be called by a telemarketer making an exempted call, you can ask to be put on the telemarketer’s own specific do not call list. Every Ca***ian telemarketer is required to maintain such a list and respect your wishes not to be called."As such, since you continually violate the law you enacted, by calling after repeatedly being asked to stop calling and do not provide a way to be removed from the call list, I have filed 5 complaints to the List and will continue to file complaints until you stop calling.I am not interested in anything your caller has to say. Got a call this morning from these characters.  Basically a longggg spiel about the Conservatives, Mr. Harper and what the Liberals/Bloc/NDP have planned.  Then, asked for a 200 dollar donation!!  Are you kidding me????I let him have it - the Conservatives have ENOUGH of my hard earned money and will not get a penny more.  Told him I was disgusted with the government and the fact that they are "begging" for more money.

This number called me twice today (May 5,2008).To their shock and surprise I had my fax ma****e hooked so they got that loud noise in their ear,haha.If its the conservative party,I want nothing to do with t*****S. Depending on your telephone service provider,there are ways you can block numbers from calling you.Just contact them and see what they can do.

received call from this number, no message left.  If the above messages are correct, i don't want this number calling a***n. How so I prevent this?

Does turning out to vote get us on these lists?

I got a call and my little sister picked it up, and when saying*****o they replied with a thanks, and silence, which creeped her out.  I don't know what this is, but its weird.

Stop wasting time, effort & money polling the phones. Set up a web site, put in writing what you promise and what you need, and list the site in a newspaper. Otherwise, stop littering my phone's memory/call display with your number(s).

yup, conservative party.  contributed because its still better than the liberal party.really, between dion & harper, its a choice of picking the best of the worst.

Just called the number back - it is the Conservative Part of Ca***a donation line.You can leavea voice mail telling them to... well whatever you want!

I have read that this is the conservative party of ca***a asking for donationsIf i get ahold of them I intend to "promise" to vote for them ..... like they "promised" not to tax income trusts ;-)
