I don't know why you are calling me on my cell.  I don't owe any more to you and the calls have just s****ed.  Stop it!

I don't think it's just MBNA calling but a collection agency for all major credit cards and others...I was only 10 days late from last payment when the calls s****ed, after speaking to them several times and explaining my situation they keep calling, go figure I don't answer it anymore as per my Debt Solution Counsellor.

calling the RCMP is a great idea, wonder if the BBB & the Attorney General should be notified too regarding your situation.

Why are they calling at 9:04 pm when the law states they should only call me between 7am - 8 pm, I do not answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. They also called me an additional 8 times that same day when I wasn't home 3:40 pm, 1:24 pm, 1:00 pm, 12:46 pm, 12:10 pm, 11:37 am, 11:08 am, 10:37am...my call display will only stores the last 10 numbers that called and with my step ***her in the hospital out of province, I would not see his number when he or the hospital calls :-/ yes unfortunately I'm a month behind my last payment, but I already told them that I'm on EI and trying to keep up with paying my Rent, Power bill and Rogers till I can get another job and also seeking counseling with a financial adviser on Dec.16th. for my 2nd meeting.

I don't have any credit cards with this mnba company, why would they be calling me...

This phone number s****ed called me last night at 11:20 PM and called repeatedly every 15 minutes until after 1am when I finally got out of bed and took the phone off the hook. I have an answering ma****e yet they just **** up without leaving a message and call back. I see today they have called a***n several times, and I have several ****-ups on my answering ma****e. I have NO IDEA why they are calling this number............613-907-4800

MY 16 YEAR OLD STEP SON IS GETTING HARRASSING CALLS FROM THEM DAILY BECAUSE HE HAPPENS TO HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE CELL NUMBER OF ONE OF THERE CUSTOMERS.  REPEATEDLY I HAVE CALLED THEM BACK AND TOLD THEM THEY HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER THAT NO ONE BY THE NAME OF THE PERSON THEY ARE LOOKING FOR IS AT THAT NUMBER.  TO BE TOLD THAT MY SON IS ACTUALLY THE PERSON THEY WANT AND IS JUST SAYING HES 16 TO AVOID PAYING THEM MY HUSBAND HAS BEEN TOLD CLOSE TO THE SAME THING. I AM TIRED OF THIS MY STEP SON IS AFFRAID TO HEAR HIS PHONE RING BECAUSE THE ONLY PEOPLE THAT CALL HIM ARE THEM EVERYONE ELSE IS TEXT MESSEGES.  I HAVE EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT CALLING THE RCMP IN REGARDS TO THIS.
