They also handle Ann Taylor and Loft. They have called me 4 times and I dont even have an outstanding balance on my account.

These people are VERY unprofessional. They call my work number asking for an employee. When I tell them that person is not in the office they **** up on me. They call several times a day. Same thing each time. Before I can get the entire sentence out that the employee they are asking for is not in the office the man on the other line ****s up. If I called his office and did the same thing to him he would report me. These people need to get some training in manners.

These folks call from 8 am to 8 pm and never leave a message.  What is this about?  I do not believe I have credit with this organization.  This is harrassment.

I have been receiving calls from 614-212-7551 daily...during the daytime and evening and there is no one on the other end of the phone and they never leave a message.I called back the number and it mentions New York and Company and also asks for your Social Security number.  Please DO NOT give them any information.  If you happen to have a New York and Company credit card, DO NOT punch in your account number!!!

I'm tired of getting calls from w***ver. There is never a message. I don't pick up on calls I don't know.

They called my home and left a msg. with my son-in-law and when I return the call I got "the person you called is not available", so I called a***n and woke up someone.

I think this is a collection agency for Bealls, since it is the only card I own. They left a msg. with my son in law, and today when I went to call them I got "the person you are calling is unavailable", so I called back and woke up someone else.  I am printing all these comments and sending them to the President of Bealls and cancelling my card, 1st late in three years.

Victorias Secret collection agency, asked for cel number, address and where I work, I did not give that information, they are nasty and unprofessionals.

Have received several calls recently at various times during the day and several calls per day.  Do not know who it is and they never leave messages. No overdue bills, so I know it is regarding that.

I got this phone call twice in one day.  They called and I ***g up accidentally so they called back just a few minutes later if that.  I didn't pick up this time since I didn't know the number and they didn't leave a message.  I hate phone calls like this.  If it is a collection agency, don't you think they should leave some sort of message so the people they are calling actually know that its a collection agency? Just my thought...

I think they also represent Victoria's Secret. They are the collection agency with terrible (and possible illegal) phone practices. They called my home, asked for my wife, and when I asked who's calling - they ***g up! It is the third call today from them. Isn't this harrassment?

This is WFNNB... World Financial Network National Bank.  They own retail catalog clothing like King Size, Woman Within, Roamans, OneStopPlus, etc.
