This place along with others has been calling for just about 3 years! They keep saying that my husband has a payday loan and they are going to sue. This person who has the outstanding payday loan has the same name as my husband but the social security number and birthday is different. We have proved to this place years ago that it's not my husband and they keep calling. What is the name of this company? I want to file a report a***nst them for harassment. This is ridiculous.

I have received many phone calls from this number. they said I have a payday loan which I do not. can anyone help me figure out how to stop this.

I just received 2 phone calls back to back from different numbers stating that i needed to call them back with my attorney. I have already filed a police report a***nst one scammer like this and I will do the same a***n for these people. According to the Orlando Police Dpt, you can't go to jail for a payday loan.

I PAID THIS CHECK OFF AND RECEIVED AN EXONNERATION LETTER IN THE MAIL, I CALLED THE FTC, AND THE BUSINESS SO FAR IS LEGIT, IM GOING TO HOLD ON TO ALL MY PAPERWORK BECAUSE I DONT WANT SOMEONE ELSE TO CALL ME A***N ABOUT THIS SAME MATTER, THIS **** WAS AWFUL, IN CLASS AND I GET A PHONE CALL LIKE THIS. BUT MY WIFE DID IT AND NEVER TOLD ME SHE DID IT, I **** WELL KNOW SHE WILL BE PAYING ME BACK OR HER**** IS GOING TO JAIL. NOT ME.!!!! HOW CAN SOMEONE GO ON THE INTERNET AND JUST PUT YOUR **** IM GONNA SUE THE BANK FOR LETTING SOMEONE OPEN AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME, THIS WHOLE SITUATION WAS B*S. BUT WHATEVER, GLAD I GOT A JOB TO HANDLE IT.

I LOOKED THIS NUMBER UP AND NO BAD STUFF ON IT, THEN I CALLED THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISION AND BETTER BUSINESS BEAURU AND THIS COMPANY SEEMS SOMEWHAT LEGIT, IM SUPPOSE TO TAKE CARE OF A BAD CHECK I WROTE, EVERYTHING THAT THEY PROVIDED WAS GOOD BUT I DONT WANT TO GET INTO TROUBLE.
