It's a scam. Chase Mortgage number is 800-848-9380. They have an auto dialer but some one always picks up right away. Then they want to know if the check is in the mail. This number is definately spam/scam. Thank God for caller Id.

Stop calling if i dont answer it the 1st thousand times what makes you think im gonna answer any other time gosh

J.P. Morgan Chase is the dirtiest, most corrupt, not only bank, but business in America. I would call them mafia, because they are a criminal enterprise, but I do not want to offend the mafia by putting them in the same category with this s***bag bank. I guess Jamie Dimon missed his ethics class at Harvard Business School. His company’s policies are a direct reflection of his character, and he is a s***bag ***** pig. I lost everything and I can’t even get a job because J.P. Morgan Chase destroyed my credit by dragging out the short sale/foreclosure process for over a year. And to pour salt in the wound, my mortgage has PMI insurance, which means the bank doesn’t lose. I have been turned down for two jobs because of my credit and also that H.R. Bill 3149 has not passed yet………I lay in bed contemplating ******* while J.P. Morgan Chase writes out billions in employee bonus checks.My nightmare with JP Morgan Chase Bank…………. After being laid off, I could no longer afford my mortgage payment. I did not want a foreclosure to occur so I tried to do the right thing and located a realtor and an attorney to work with to help facilitate a short sale. I have brought two different buyers to the lenders. These buyers were pre-approved and ready to close. Every time we got close to closing, the lender would **** the deal. They should be on their knees, kissing my a**, thanking me for finding them even one buyer in this horrible economy and even worse real estate sector, let alone two. J.P. Morgan Chase has lied, manipulated, and ****ed us around for over a year. This s***bag, lying, ***** bank makes my skin crawl and make me want to ***** my stomach contents. One bank representative even told me that “They were going to ruin my credit and destroy my life for putting them in this position.” I put them in this position????? I had an 804 FICO Score before I was laid off. I had a 30 year low rate fixed mortgage. I did everything right. These criminals, who should be in prison for their fraudulent activities, now get 7$$$$$$$$ figure bonuses as rewards. Not to forget, these criminals had their hat-in-hand begging the government for a handout of billions of yours and mine tax dollars. Let’s have a brief history listen. The bulge ***cket firms on Wall Street are the DIRECT CAUSE of the great recession. They are the ones who bought the **** sub-prime loans, replenished the coffers of fly by night lenders, sliced and diced them, re-named and re-packaged them as Mortgage Backed Securities, coerced and blackmailed the ratings agencies to give them triple AAA credit ratings, and then sold these garbage investment vehicles around the world knowing full well the whole time this was a scam. These banks perpetrated the largest fraud known to mankind. They systemically brought down not only the U.S. economy but also the global economy. Countries such as Iceland have collapsed because they believed the lies that the thieves on Wall Street fed them and over levered themselves to buy RMBS investments. And now that the real estate bubble has collapsed, and these thieves cannot milk anymore revenue from the RMBS fraud, they are trying to create revenue on the backside by destroying the middle class and people’s lives, including mine. I have lost everything. I am three months from being homeless and living in my truck. I don’t have a ten million dollar mansion like Richard Fuld (Former Lehman Brothers CEO) to go home to, ***dreds of millions of dollars in savings, or a private jet to fly me home to my estate in Chicago from NYC, every weekend, like Jamie Dimon. In short, F*** JP Morgan Chase.

they are calling my number at least 1 x per day or more.. no vm left.. when i called the number.. it said this number has been c****ed to an 800 number. Weird.  Chase does not do business like this or they didn't use to. They usually leave a vm.  I think this is bogus.

Chase calls me too. They can ONLY call 1x per day per the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA). If they call you more than 1x per day because you owe them, report them to the FTC, Chase can be SUED & FINED. http://www.ftc.gov/

This IS Chase, have been getting the calls last few weeks and have had the same problems with no one on the line or a recording and thought it a scam.No messages ever left. Received our monthly statement only to find that they put our last payment in a suspense funds account and did not apply it (***???!), then they not only said the account was 30 days late but added on a late fee. I called just as soon as I read the statement and the person I talked to was very professional and polite. She moved the payment over to the proper account, waived the fee, and put in a credit amendment. They are apparently upgrading their systems and I would have to say having to work out some serious bugs. If you are getting these calls and know you have made payment, do yourself a favor and check it anyway. Can do online or call their customer service.

I do not have a Chase account but they this 614-422-4215 keeps calling my cell as well as an 800 number. They identified themselves as Chase Mortgage

Definitely a scam - not Chase.  A very good impersonation - the first thing they ask for is your Social Security Number - do not give it to these crooks!  Chase confirmed to me that this is not their number and is a fraud.

Numerous harassing phone calls all day from this number!

I have been getting calls from this number and two tollfree numbers ( 800-848-9380 and 800-848-9136, both Chase numbers ) for some lady named Geradine T. who apparently owes money on a mortgage. They have been calling for about 3 weeks now. I have tried to explain to them that I am not Geraldine T., but as soon as I say that they **** up. I called the 614 number and was put on hold, I think they are hoping I will just **** up. After about 10 minutes she came back on and said "Hello" I said Yes, I am still here. " then she ***g up on me. NICE....

Yea, it's a Chase number alright. They don't ever leave a message. I believe it is by policy, since they are calling in regards to mortgage issues. They are calling me due to an investment property that I stopped paying them on. It is, or should be, an auto-dialer, meaning a computer is calling and when they hear a live voice on the other end the call is transferred to a live person.

they call, call, with noone leaving a message, no one answers. Call back the number to see what they want and it says closed. Once put on hold for 52 min then an automated voice came on and said they were not taking calls at this time.

I get messages left for a woman's name (Rosetta or so****ing like that) saying that they need a call back (which I do not do).  When I answer the phone live, it's always the same female operator calling, and she asks for the person.  I have told her several times now that the person does not live here, but she keeps calling.  The caller ID shows it as JPMorgan Chase.

614-422-4215 called my cell phone. No voice message left so I didn't know who it was until I looked it up on line. I have also got one from 800-848-9136 that has an automated operator asking me to please hold the line for an important message. It was never identified as a Chase number but all of the commercials were for mortgage lending. It finally came back and said "we're sorry but there are no operators available, we will try and call later".

Got a call from this morning today and have been getting calls from Chase Mortgage on I believe that 800 number as well. I talked to some out of country guy and told them that they have the wrong number, that it's probably someone who had my number prior to me, they apologized, but I'm still getting calls!

We have been receiving calls from this number and 800-949-9380 non stop all day with no message ever left and no one on the other end of the phone when we answer.  Have tried calling both numbers back to see who it is and the answering ma****e says Chase, but no one ever comes on the line.  We have paid our mortgage to date and still they call.

Relative received voice mail. Is retired and no mortgage. Sounds like a telemarketing scheme.

Chase Home Finance. Didn't leave msg. Called number back and msg said office was closed.
