Legit health survey. Asked broad categorical questions but no personal identification.

This appears to be a legit survey. Years ago I did commercial surveys and the questions concerning income ranges and race etc are legit. They didn’t ask any personal information, didn’t ask for money, bank accounts, credit cards etc. Pretty confident it’s a legit health survey.

Claim they are with Ohio department of health regarding important health study which I did not initiate

Wanted to ask personal questions,told her i didnt know her and asked for her last name,said she didnt have to give it to me.Gave me a bogus # to verify she was with health dept. and CDC.

Asked questions for COVID study or so****ing. I answered until he s****ed repeating questions. I ***g up and he called right back but i didn't answer.

Woman called claiming to be with Ohio Department of Health. Didn't speak very clearly. After many health questions, they got way too personal, asking about income, I got su****ious and refused to answer more.

No one there.

called made loud music bayou music blocked . than voice mail saying this is shasa. deleted. same music on 4 different calls and voice.

Voice mail is blank

"Hi, ****! It's ****, how've you been? I doubt you remember me, what's up?"

All he said was: Is it safe for you to talk now? I ***g up immediately.

They keep calling I finally answered and said this is ohio health and said your number has been randomly selected then I knew they were scammers because when your number gets randomly selected and you dont pickup they delete your number

They call and never say anything

Big group of spammers, heard probably at least 5 other voices in the background. They say theyre with ohio health so****ing so****ing w/e dudes

I am deaf. This number has called 7 times. Usually most numbers call 3 times and they quit, cuz I don’t answer—at all. I let it ring till they **** up. A***n, I am deaf—I do not have to answer phone calls.

Persistently calling...

3rd day in a row this number has called at the same exact time. Never leaves a message.

Caller refused to speak. They have called several times. Could be a pervert!

Called saying ODH. Heavy accent...total BS

The woman claimed to be from the ohio health department and so****ing about the center for disease control. She was mumbling really bad and I had a hard time understanding.
