Ha these same people just tried to call me. I searched the web and found this site. They said they were RCs and also that I owe the state some money for taxes in 08. Funny I haven't had a job since 2009 lol anyway I played the game up until they asked for my bank account number to make a payment. I had to laugh a little cause who actually says go to gas station and use a prepaid credit card and call us back! Make them send you some info, and don't give out your Address! If they know who you ate they will have paperwork!

Somehow this company got in touch with my elderly Grand***her who cares for my Grandmother that suffers from a severe case of Alzheimers. They stated they were from the Attorney Generals Office. I'm not calling them back based on what I have seen on here but how dare they contact my Sick Grandparents and flat out lie to them? I have already placed a complaint with the true Ohio Attorney General. I'm sure they'll move as quick as most government agencies...

I received a similar message today, it is Reliant Capital Solutions. They also called and said it was important for me to call by 4pm today. I have no idea what this is about but you should report them to the BBB because they are supposed to identify themselves as a debt collector when they call. You do not have to speak to these fake people.  You are not required to enter into any contract with a third party privateer.  Do not talk to them as that makes a tacit contract exist between you and them. If you have a debt it can only exist between debtor and the creditor.  I like to charge these people for a call.  Never 'answer' with anything but a question.  Send them a NOTICE showing your now published fee schedule.  Make sure that for a 3rd Party Contractor telephone call you charge them c. $500.00 per minute or part thereof. Good luck.

Employee Paul Williams continues to call even though I have requested all phone communication to cease and informed him he may communicate by mail. I tell him this each time he calls, then **** up on him. Today I will send this company a certified letter enforcing my rights under the FTC and I will purchase a tape recorder for the next time they call, so I can sue them!!!

I do not answer for this number anymore, they are very rude. I pay monthly payments on my UOP balance, yet they still call and act like I am not paying my bill. The rudeness from RCS employees make me want to stop paying on my balance and give them a reason to call!

cOLLECTIONS CLAIMS TO BE A PART OF THE OHIO ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE

Went to renew my tags for my vehicle. Was informed that there was a block. Contacted the Ohio DMV financial department. Found out it was regarding a returned check. Was then told to contact the Ohio Attorney General's office who referred me to (un)Reliant Capital Solutions. Called RCS. Spoke with a woman who called her self "Iris". She was very rude. I asked for her last name she would not give it. She also demanded that I take care of the returned check via western union quick collect as opposed to putting it on my debit or credit card. "Iris" told me that once I did that the block would take 24-48 hrs to remove.(Ohio DMV told me it would only be 2 hrs)(she stated that it would be done "whenever the supervisor came in") I hope that someone from the Ohio Attorney General's office is seeing all these complaints and hopefully will be considering taking care of mattes such as this in house.

It is Reliant Capital Collections and they are extremely rude.... Don't threaten me about a bill that I know that I owe and that I am paying monthly on!I will pay someone else before I pay them only because they are so RUDE!!!Good luck all - it isn't the time to be hateful about collections - many of us whom have NEVER been in this situation are now!Blessings ^j^

I got a voice mail from 614-322-0516 saying "contact us at 614-452-6097" then "this is RCS regarding a recent claim that has been filed a***nst you. you or your legal counsel must contact us to inform us of your intentions about this important matter"  then the "contact us..." recording s****s a***n.  It is obviously a loop.  It could be a collector for medical bills, or Condor Capital.  Not sure which, but I am getting ready to file bankruptcy so I don't care.  According to other websites, they are collectors for P***nix University and are called Reliant.  So RCS may be Reliant Collection Services.
