Hey this happen when I pay my bill from time Warner number do let say i call time Warner and pay my bill the next day I will s**** receiving call but know one will leave a message .Do you got time Warner service do you pay by using time Warner auto pay from them do the test call time Warner for make a payment and the next days you will receive call from don't know who

I agree with you, I cancelled some of my services awhile back and they promised me discounts considering that I was keeping the internet, well they LIED to me. They charged me for a full month that I did not use and they charged me regular rates. Well I canceled yes****ay May 31st and I get a call in the evening telling me that they have better service and that they would give me a better deal. I told them NO you *****ed me enough and I am going with a diff. company. Well now I am getting calls from their sales team, I SMELL A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT for HARASSMENT! I  was harassed by them last month, they kept sending me a bill to my e-mail 3 or 4 times within a 24 hr period and they were trying to tell me that it was just a promo. I told them that they were bills I read them all to them then I offered to forward the bills. A***n they argued with me. I finally said THIS IS HARASSMENT I want IT to STOP!No wonder why Disney and all the other cable TV stations are going up in prices, its cause of Time Warner, and then Time Warner throws a huge fit and tries to get its customers to support them by making the Disney and all the other stations out to being the bad guy.... I call numbers I don't know through the Google phone (for free), and also so my number won't be traced just in case.It's Time Warner Sales department in Columbus, OH  Today is May 12th. I canceled my internet on the 8th...returned my modem etc on the 10th. Had to argue with them (a***n) because of them trying to overcharge me.  Only reason they adjusted it properly was because I told the Rep, "I'm in your store and it's full of people. I'm sure you don't want me to get loud for everyone to hear how you treat your customers". After five minutes on the phone with him telling me he couldn't make the adjustments ... suddenly he was able to do it!Back to this phone number and the calls...a***n, today is the 12th...and my phone has been rung TWO times yes****ay and FOUR times today and it's just noon!I told someone in Ohio, I wanted OFF their mailing list, OFF their phone list ... everything! I never want to hear from Time F'kng  Warner a***n! Of all the ISP's I have had...they are by far the WORST! ...****holes!

Same here. They've called twice yes****ay and 4 times today. They don't leave a message so I don't call them back. Obviously they don't want money or they'd leave a message.

I do not answer these calls when they come in.  Time Warner used to call me from a different phone number for promotions.  I got ahold of someone and told them to remove me from their calling list, that was three weeks ago.  Now they are calling me from Ohio.  This is ridiculous.

They have called over 6 times in the last hour. When I call back it says it is "time Warner Cable Sales Division". the only problem, I don't live in their city, so they should not be calling me. they have no record of my phone number and no reason why my phone would be receiving calls from them.
