They send me a message “your package cannot be delivered since wrong house number, please update your information via this link. (The link was here) ” I didn’t definitely order any package at online store, so I found it is spam.
it says my package cannot be delivered due incorrect house number. And asking me to correct via the link which I am not opening, because I don't feel safe to click and open

I believe the link included with the text message is supposed to mimic the USPS website. I've never known the USPS to charge $3 for redelivery and ask for a credit card. I went to the USPS website to search for the tracking number, given on the scam site; it couldn't be found.
